This company deserves no stars. They are very unprofessional. All these reviews talking about how good they are I believe are fake but that is not what I experienced. I scheduled a move for Saturday when the movers was late I called to see what was going on and was told the guy that took the information wrote it down wrong and no one could move me and I had to reschedule so I did just that and still no one showed for the schedule move for Sunday not only they didn’t show up the didn’t answer my calls or reply to…
I booked their services to move three pieces of furniture. I was told 9:30 am, I had to confirm because I never received a confirmation call or text. 8:54 I had to call again to see if they were in route , they stated they where behind at a job that it would be 2:00. Then at 1:14 still at the other job. 2:45 no follow up , text them and received “Can we do this evening or Tomorrow morning. We’re in Conroe and have about an hr left 😫” mind you I took the whole day off of work.

Daniel and his crew were fast, friendly, communicative, careful with our stuff (hung an TV and moved a super heavy dresser) and I cannot recommend them strongly enough! He’s our go to guy now for any moving or furniture unloading. Super good experience!
We just hired CrossTown Moving for our 4 bedroom house from Houston to Austin. Daniel and his team did a fantastic job! They showed up on time, and disassembled furnitures, packed boxes, kids items, delicate items, and all our backyard plants with great care. They delivered to Austin and put everything back intact. They know what they are doing. They treated us like family. I will recommend them to anyone without any reservation. I wish they continue giving the same quality work in future!
10/10 Daniel and his crew are fantastic. Quick and efficient movers, willing to do multiple trips in a day, and very fair pricing.
Absolutely love them! I don't usually leave reviews, but really felt the desire to do so because of the superb experience we had. CrossTown Moving will be my FIRST call for all my future moving needs. Daniel (owner) and his crew were extremely professional, friendly, and definitely went over and above! We ended up needing them longer than we planned and they never once had any issue. He even fixed a broken drawer for me (the broken drawer was my fault, not theirs, btw)!
