BEWARE – Coast to Coast Long Distance Moving Company, Inc. is the single worst, most deceptive, and unprofessional moving company I have ever encountered. I hired them for a cross-country move from CA to MD, and the level of dishonesty and negligence displayed was beyond belief. Had a horrible experience!! BEWARE!!! Quoted 5600 and ended up being 13,000. They broke various items and will pay 60 cents per pound of what is damaged. They broke off my mirror on my Vespa, smashed my 85’ Sony TV and smashed a mirror that has been in the family for many decades. Offering 28 dollars reimbursement. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! Crooks!!!

These people allowed my furniture to be stolen as they moved me by a third party. They lied and they even let furniture get stolen then they brought me my stuff and it was someone elses stuff!!! They are CRIMINALS and they charge your credit card without notice- They charged my card $2700 for a 5 hour loading without notice or my permission in addition to them letting 40k worth of my belongings get stolen by my landlord and never called me once. They have a guy named Michael that is a co conspirator.

As Navy Vet. I've done my share of PCS moves but this is ridiculous! I have to say I'm extremely disappointed. Firstly, the coast of the move was twice what they initially quoted me and secondly ive been very dissatisfied with their communication. On the day they said they'd come move us we were told the movers would be there at 9am. 2 hrs later, I had to call and text asking where they are. They said we were told the wrong time and that they'd be there between 2:30 - 3:30pm.
Do not use this company. Our experience was a disaster from start to finish. To begin with, their quote changed three times, eventually ballooning to triple the original estimate. On the day of the move, they were six hours late for pickup. The lack of communication continued throughout the month they were supposed to be holding our items in storage; they suddenly proceeded with transport without any notice. Now that we are unpacking, the extent of the damage is heartbreaking.
This review reflects the experience with a different moving company with a similar name that ours. We are located in Van Nuys , CA. We would appreciate if you remove this review and place it on the correct company, our is a small family business and this affect us . Thank you!
Quoted me a low price up front but only to add over $1000 in additional charges once a deposit was made and to change the company would’ve cost me $1000, not including the extra $400 in “packing materials despite everything being in boxes, $100 for a long haul fee despite being parked directly in front of of my door, and $100 for the two steps that simply went to my door, as an extra flight of stairs, then proceeded to damage what they did move, quoted two days actually took ten, by throwing it down the truck ramp…
I believe this is a shell company because they were not the original company I made my deposit with. They ended up charging me an extra 500 from the original price bc I had glass furniture and a tv. Which I think it should be suspected that everyone moves with a tv or a glass mirror. Then they prolonged the delivery date by 5 extra days and couldn’t give me an exact move in date till the day before. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Company hires moving men who are very unprofessional. They were slow and I made the mistake of buying lunch, they took a 25 min lunch and didn’t remove time from my bill. Go with another company. The one mover wouldn’t leave without a tip! …

I hired Coast to Coast (formerly Standard Price who I had hired for a prior move and they were amazing) for a longer move from North Hollywood, with a stop in Inglewood, with the final destination in Vista, CA. Edgar took his time to explain things in detail so I was aware of his plans. They were professional, fast, and upfront and fair with pricing.
