Be warned. Hired Rockstar for a move from LA to TX. I chose them because of their very competitive quote. Big mistake. When they were onsite (6 hours late) the price increased $2000. I also had paid a lot extra $$ for expedited shipping. Which means our belongings would move in a truck alone--not combined with multiple loads. And arrive in 3 business days. After waiting and waiting and waiting (and our once responsive Rockstar phone reps not answering our calls).
DO NOT USE ROCKSTAR PRO MOVERS!! I cannot stress this enough! Rockstar Movers lie, have terrible communication, and are overall extremely unprofessional. We were moving all our stuff from California to Arizona. I was told the truck and movers would be there Monday between 8am and 10am. Even though we paid for the “White Glove” service where they disassemble and pack everything for us, we still had most of our stuff packed in boxes ready to go for them. By Noon on Monday no one had showed up.
What a nightmare. Will never use this company again. None of the team spoke good English. I separated and packed my own things in my room from my roommates to make it easy for them but they still lost my boxes with designer and valuable …
We hired Rockstar Pro Movers to move our entire house in an upscale neighborhood to another location not too far. The furniture and the entire house were very special and were purchased from the Design Centers or imported from Europe. Unfortunately, we did not do our homework to further check the background. Their people came to pack the furniture and other stuff were not experienced and it looked this was their first job and a guy was teaching them how to pack and move the furniture to the truck.
BEWARE OF THIS MOVING COMPANY. You will see all the 5-star ratings and be fooled into thinking they are great, but they are no longer that caliber of a business (all of the recent reviews support this). My experience: I was scheduled and confirmed for movers to arrive between 8AM-10AM. I received a call at 8:45AM and was told that there was an issue with the truck and that they would need to reschedule me to 2PM. Not ideal, but not the end of the world since the move was still scheduled and happening.

We had a great experience with Vlad and Michael at Rockstar Pro Movers yesterday. They were a few minutes early and got started right away. They were professional, packed and protected our stuff well, and even disassembled and reassembled some of our furniture for us. They moved quickly and efficiently and were pleasant to work with.
My SECOND move with rockstar in less than 2 years, both moves excellent! Kyle took care of me, we made a plan together, he kept me informed and on-time. (I was sick as a dog so I needed the extra care.) He and his person (I missed his name, sorry) did not disappoint. Everything arrived perfectly, including (and especially) the last minute items they packed for me. This is my mover.
