I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with our experience with Roadway Moving Company. The entire move was incredibly inefficient from start to finish. The moving process took over 11 hours, which was completely unreasonable and far beyond what we were expecting. A major issue was the way the packing was handled. We ended up with far more boxes than we were originally estimated for, and we were charged for those additional boxes as a result of the inefficient packing.
I filled out a form to receive an estimate about an incoming move a day and a half ago. Since then, I have received nearly TEN calls, some from different numbers, as well as multiple texts. After asking to be contacted by email, I did not receive a direct response--only more calls and texts. I finally answered a call: no response, no voice. I have since blocked two of the numbers that were used. Completely unprofessional and borderline harassment, would never turn to a company that uses these tactics.

delivery never showed until i called 3x they could not find my belongings. Finally after 2 weeks after my delivery window my items were delivered today. What a nightmare after $2400 was paid to them and no compensation. I would never use this company it’s over priced and not reliable no compensation on my end and I had to replace the items I paid to move as they never showed up. This company is terrible

I really thought I could trust Roadway Movers. I scheduled a move but due to an unfortunate situation I had to cancel. I thought it would be less stressful to cancel and receive my refund. I was told I would receive my refund in 2 weeks. It’s now going on 2 months. I have lost my trust and don’t want to ever use the service again.

I submitted a quote request with Roadway Moving and was contacted excessively almost immediately afterward. In approximately 48 hours, I received eight phone calls, including two attempted calls on a holiday. I understand following up with a potential customer, but this level of outreach felt intrusive and unprofessional. It made me uncomfortable and ultimately ensured I would not consider using their services. I have requested that they stop contacting me and remove my information from their lists.
The worst thing that happened to me is that if you are a truck driver and you take a load here, get ready to be loaded and unloaded in 10 hours and start driving hell, in the end they will say that every box was unloaded in 2 hours and dragged on a cart
Lured by positive reviews, I almost moved with Roadway, but their second, more considered estimate for my move, after more specific information from me, was almost double the estimate, at nearly $100 more per hour, than what I actually paid …
Moving is always stressful - with lots of local moves & many international moves we are somewhat well versed. Roadway did not live up to its shiny social media presence with influencers & celebs.Moved stuff they shouldn't have, smashed up …
