Do not use this company. You have been warned. Broken items and items that are missing, including a LV purse worth $2k. Im sure they will deny it all, of course they will. It is what it is…wonder why they have had to change their business name multiple times? Why did they remove all of Kobe Bryant’s likeness from their website and state they are in no way affiliated with him or his estate? They are shady!! Read other reviews about how often they have changed names! Do t fall for low prices.

Deceived, Shocked, Ripped Off, Harassed The salesman was Sam, he seemed professional. The opposite was true of the moving crew. When they arrived, I was shocked, rental truck, sloppy appearance, scary. Everything was prepared, organized. A small move. It has been our experience this move, with a two-man crew, should have taken three hours max including travel. About 500.00. Should have been a snap.

Biggest thing is to check behind the movers/disrespectful customer service. I was moving two floors up in my apartment building, and the movers forgot my bathroom and closet, among many other things. The movers came up to my new apartment, where I had a man mounting my TV and was putting things in place, to tell me that everything was finished. I was excited, paid and told the to have a good day.

My experience with Kobe Moving, Inc. was a nightmare. Once they had all my belongings (valued at over $100,000) loaded on their truck, their rep Felix demanded thousands more than the quoted price—refusing to explain the charges and talking over me the entire time. This behavior felt like extortion.

I would strongly recommend thinking twice before trusting Kobe Moving with high-value items. Before my move, I specifically told the company that I had a large, heavy, high-end 48-inch Thermador range. This appliance costs thousands of dollars and obviously required careful handling and protection. Unfortunately, while many of my other belongings were wrapped and protected, my Thermador range did not receive the same level of protection. It arrived with the FRONT GLASS FASCIA BROKEN and the top portion scratched.

Updated to 1 star. Do not recommend. Update. If you want to use there services make sure your bed is already disassembled. In the contract it said that my bed was going to be disassembled and the movers did not have the right tools. The company said they can disassembled but it would have charge me more for them to go to the hardware store to get the tools. They will change the hourly rate even with the quote you have. It went from about $799 to 1200.

Absolutely the worst moving experience of my life. Multiple items were broken, a family heirloom wedding ring disappeared during the move, I was overcharged for boxes, the move took more than 10 hours, and I witnessed crew members drinking beer while on the job. What should have been an exciting day turned into a nightmare. I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances. If you value your belongings, your time, and your peace of mind, book someone else.
