Security sucks here, anyone can just walk in and get to your unit. No cameras in hallways only at doors. My unit was broken into with “master keys” I had two locks and both were unlocked and put back. They stole a bunch of military gear but nothing big like my flatscreen tv, in place they left junk…. I had this unit for a little over a month while I was moving. Management did nothing…. Not even a call back but I got my invoice for the next month. I will never give this place another month of my money.

Been there a few years . They give you a bait price after a year or so we sent you a " letter " kinda like the check is in the mail .. during the pandemic they DIDN'T care still had to make your FULL !! payment so this company has no respect for their customers now when u make a payment by phone you get CHARGED!!
I rented a storage unit and completed my ID verification through text messages. I was told that everything was completed and that I did NOT need to go to the office. However, I came to the facility on Saturday at 3 PM and waited outside for 30 minutes for someone to come to the office. Nobody showed up. Then today, I received a call saying that I still need to come to the office to verify my ID. The problem is that their office is only open during regular business hours, until 5:30 PM.
My items were stolen from my unit at this facility. On 3/31/26, I arrived to find someone else’s belongings inside my unit. It appears there is inadequate security, including a lack of proper camera coverage. A detective contacted me today and indicated that this has become a significant ongoing issue at this location. I have filed both a police report and an insurance claim, but the entire experience has been a nightmare. I strongly advise against storing your belongings here.

If customer service doesnt know whats available on site they shouldnt make someone drive 30 mins to find out that the location doesnt have what you need. So essentially lieing to you just to get you here in the hopes they can convince you to get something you dont need

Be careful in that storage, my belongings were stolen, it is not that safe since the cameras only record in some parts of the building and all recording and information about entry and exit is erased in a week, be very careful.
3 weeks into using it and my unit got broken into. And I could tell by the damage of the neighboring units, they got jacked too. Zero security. Wide open. Do not use it
