Love the fact that they will pick up the PUP right at your house and then when it is needed drop it off at your desired location!! Great service however the unfortunate part is that if any of your stuff gets wet it is NOT covered both under PUPS OR insurance companies. Our mattresses were at the back of the storage bin and there was an area where the rain must have came through the bin throughout the summer months. Our mattresses were completely water damaged and moldy +++.
STOLEN and DAMAGED. Do Not Use Cubeit saskatoon unless you want your items Stolen and Smashed. This is a true story and people need to be aware, I have all paperwork to prove. Our experience first time was the absolute worst. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE DUE TO THEFT and DAMAGE TO YOUR ITEMS. All our prized possessions got smashed or broken or stolen, everything I own and my container got broken into and so many priceless items stolen.

I spoke to a lady name Sam on the phone and she was literally the most argumentative and unprofessional person I’ve dealt with in 2021. I find that that is a big difference between an online or phone in style company versus a local company. A local company will actually give a damn. I would not have her working for my company

I would put a negative rating if this website would allow it. The driver's on either end of my trip were the only employees with this company that had any common sense. In Saskatoon the driver named Ron, and the driver in Ottawa was Kevin. These two gentlemen were the only employees that helped me. My container was in Saskatoon for 4 weeks, and the dispatch office actually had the nerve to lie to me telling me it was enroute to Ottawa. It sat in Saskatoon so long that everything liquid froze solid.

This was the first time we've used an on-site storage container. I didn't realize that there are two types of trucks that deliver these units. Cubeit uses the types that has a crane on the back of the truck so they can drive up in front of the house and the unit can be lifted onto the driveway. Arranging the delivery via phone was fast and accurate, the unit arrived on the requested date time, it was clean and the lock was provided prior to leaving. Any questions I had was also explained.

Great price, delivery was great, no damage to property, they supplied a lock for the container, it was clean and very helpful for our Reno’s. Done over the phone in minutes.

I phoned for information and Connor was helpful and able to answer all of my questions. Being a Costco member added money saving offers, which clinched the deal. Ron delivered the container expertly. He was friendly and ensured the doors worked properly. He took time to be sure I was confident how to open the latch and properly close and lock the doors. My only complaint is the inconsistent email communication. I received emails from "Portable Storage Saskatchewan", "Cubeit Portable Storage" and "PUPS Containers".
