The worse place ever. They got me waiting for more then 3 days for an estimate and then the said we havnt start anything and they never got back to me until this day
Avoid at all costs if possible. I had a move with Ray's Moving and Storage not that long ago and several items were broken and some items smashed to pieces, including damage in the home. The movers assured me that I would be compensated for the damages that were a result of the move, and that is yet to be seen. Additionally, they sent a mover to my new location that continuously complained about wanting to go home before the job was done, and did not unpack my belongings to completion.

They blocked the driveway of the neighboring house all freaking day! The house belongs to an elderly lady who had medical appointment, groceries being delivered and may have needed an ambulance, as it happens fairly regularly. Don't know why they couldn't back into the driveway of the house they were working on. Maybe they can't handle that vehicle in a professional manner. Would never hire them!
I called and talked to a receptionist. She said the salesmen were out. She said they'd call back and did not after almost a week. When I called back today, they said that they just got booked up and can't help me. Thanks for nothing Ray's, call your people back.
I would not recommend this company. Their driver smashed the overhead lights in the parkade with the truck. Left my tv on the truck and went back to Saskatoon. Had to wait a week for a driver to drop it off. Owner Mark doesn’t return phone calls at times.

In their own words
I used Ray’s Moving Regina for a load, storage, and unload. The recent (Nov 27) unload team including Nolan and Paul were polite, professional, and very hard working. I have many belongings and heavy furniture. Everything is safely nestled in my new home. It even came out of the Ray’s storage container after 355 days CLEAN and undamaged! I thought my things may come back dusty and dirty, but did not. Moving is such a huge job, and I’m so glad it is all over.

Our relocation consultant in Regina, Barry Woolheather, was very helpful and surprisingly accurate in his estimate. The driver Todd and his Regina and Lloydminster crews, were very careful and skilled in moving our belongings.

We were very impressed with the team from Ray’s Moving from Saskatoon. Brandon and his team were very professional friendly and cheerful 😃. We were impressed by Norman and Wayne’s packing expertise. Their many years of experience really showed. We were also very impressed with Grant and his service prior to and following our move.
