Very disappointed we had two separate moves in the summer the first move went great besides one piece of furniture that got destroyed that they reimbursed a certain % off for HOWEVER 2nd move was AWFUL!! 1.Truck broke down and made us wait two extra hours (btw this was morning not even middle of the day) 2. what movie company does not bring supplies with them to the job?? no door stoppers no plastic for a mattresses. 3.

I do not recommend this company!! I got a quote for moving and was told there was a flat fee of $120 for all travel time. Then when I got the email confirmation, it said $120 plus $250/hr for travel. I phoned to get clarification and was again told $120 flat rate. They also charge double what other quotes were for moving boxes. I also was not told or written quoted that there is a flat $500 piano moving fee until I dug deeper to inquire what that looks like. I did tell them first off “Do you move pianos?

$2487 to move our 800sqft home from Saskatoon to Prince Albert. Unfortunately, we are needing to take legal action as I was billed $1320 to pack our small kitchen and many photo frames but they only packed the kitchen. The kitchen was packed professionally and carefully. I began unpacking and found our small fragile frames were all stacked on top of each other in one of our plastic tote bins. No paper or wrapping on them which of course resulted in small scratches.

I had a very disappointing experience with Less Stress Moving. During my move, one of my pieces of furniture was damaged while in their care. Based on the way the damage occurred, it clearly appears it happened during the move, but the company refused to take any responsibility. What made the situation worse was their lack of follow-up. After I raised the issue and explained why the damage wasn’t visible until the furniture was placed in its final location, my follow-up email was simply ignored.

I'm on disability they accepted my move after I told the lady on the phone everything I had 6 movers showed up to pack and load the truck they loaded 1/4th of my box and bins then told me the job was bigger then they were expecting and then said they were itchy and that there is a pee smell well I have a cat and a baby who is in diapers and there was a garbage can can with diapers in it (sorry I don't own a diaper genie) but after loading my stuff that they did load then then proceed to unload it and leave it on…

Claimed a customer had bed bugs, they clearly didn't and they refused to work with the customer or provide "proof" that they had bed bugs. Not to mention the customer was a professional mover of 8 years and knows what bed bugs look like so clearly they were just too lazy to do their job and work with the customer. Poor excuse of a moving company.

When I called I was told that the movers will place the runners inside my house and the stair cases. But actually they did not place anything . They remove their shoes and put on the shoes for each item they load and unload which dragged the moving time longer. Also they are slow . I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Jaw-droppingly expensive. Quote given to me was off by SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS. Pricing - A simple job of moving a basic bed, desk, couch and a TV from one place to another less than 2 minutes away cost just under $700. Insane.
