I was quoted 3 h for my move and they charged me for 4. My friend said they left the old place but showed up at new place a hour later…it’s 10 minute drive! A piece from my desk never showed up and all they offered me was $50 to replace. It cost way more then that to custom and finish missing piece. Very disappointed with there customer service
We empathize with the frustration that comes with contractual agreements. We do our best to ensure our language regarding contractual parameters are as straight forward and comprehensible as possible.
Several items were not wrapped or covered with moving blankets. The move involved travel on gravel road, which was fully disclosed. Significant damage to the several items; some repairable, some not. Glass, mirrors are not covered under the insurance, so get insurance outside of TSM. The additional insurance policy was purchase, but the settlement being offered does not exceed the baseline $2 per pound coverage - even though several items were damaged beyond repair, which should result in the $5 per pound…

Edit: Full refund received. I was unable to get through to the below number, but did hear back from Andrew via email. After initially receiving multiple messages that they were only willing to work with me if I deleted my review, they agreed to refund my full move amount given the circumstances. Communication and booking experience were all excellent. Movers were friendly and efficient.

WARNING to all - This will be your biggest mistake using this company!!!! I will be posting all communications I receive from this incompetence here until I get my money they have taken The email is from Andrew (see the photo) this is now more than a week and they are still acting like it should be my problem as a customer to figure out why their accounting is a mess My deposit of $100 was taken in addition a full amount was taken for the payment I still don’t have compensation for the damaged fireplace TV stand…

I would give this company a zero if I could. Not only were they not prepared but clearly were inexperienced. We knew at 3 hours in we had to start moving ourselves as well. The manager in saskatoon tried to blame us for "too much stuff" when they missed over half our things. They got to nothing outside either and we were even told they would be able to unload our storage unit at our new house. We specified all we had, and we're blamed for having more boxes, which was maybe 15 more.
We genuinely value your feedback and can assure that delivering the highest standard of service is our top priority. We understand that the recent experience may not have met expectations and would like to review and address further.
I recently moved from an apartment to a house. The guys showed up and were friendly for sure but moved at a snails pace, it took 7 hours to get my things loaded and to the house. By that point it was 9 pm and they were tired so the boss asked if they could finish next day. I didn’t have a bed or any clothes for the night. I was very frustrated. They disappeared during times when I couldn’t find them. It was awful.

I moved July 1st with this company. The movers were nice yet didn’t seem experienced, the boss I spoke to that helped organize everything was great and so was the online coordinator. During the move my sons name sign was broken unfortunately which happens but then I had purchased a tv box for my 1 year old tv that was in perfect condition. I watched tv the morning of the movers arriving and everything was perfect.

I'm giving one star rating to company itself and not necessarily the Saskatoon branch. When I called the company to get a quote, i answered all their questions to the best of my knowledge. Their quote seemed reasonable to me and I placed the order. It was supposed to be a 3-4 hours work with three movers. On the moving day, I saw their truck and felt that it may not have enough capacity. I asked the crew if their truck is fine and they assured me that they can handle it.

Chris T., Travis F., and Tyler K. helped us move on June 16. I have never used a moving company before, so was a bit hesitant at first but these guys were amazing! Great communication from the beginning when they were leaving their warehouse, and talked me through the entire process once they got to the house. They were super respectful and made sure to ask about whether it was ok to wear shoes on the rug in the house. They were super efficient and professional and made the day go smoothly!

Chris and Calvin were everything you could wish for when you have to move your elderly mother from Medicine Hat back home to Saskatoon with all of her worldly possessions that she has collected and cherished throughout her years. Both men worked so hard and showed her all the compassion and professionalism she needed to make this move. All articles were handled, packed, and moved with great respect and care.
