A van of this company was parked on my (small & narrow) street blocking 5 driveways, including my own. I asked them if they would be able to back out and park on the street as any parking on our street is not allowed (hence why 5 driveways were blocked as it’s so small). They responded that they did not want to move as they didn’t want to have to walk (a short walk) back to the house that they were at. They instead said they’d be done in about 1 hour and then they would move.

A little disappointed with the movers at Jay’s. A bookshelf was broken, a drawer in our bed was damaged, and there was mud tracked all over the upstairs carpets. The movers had put down carpets upstairs but failed to use them and tracked mud all over our floors upstairs, resulting in us having to steam clean the brand new carpets. Accidents can happen during moves, but the amount of damage and lack of care with cleanliness fell short of what I expected from a professional moving company.

My boyfriend and I were to have a replacement dishwasher delivered by Jay's. I received a call with a delivery time which did not work with our schedules. My boyfriend works out of town Mon-Fri and I also work a Mon-Fri, 8-4 job. Jay's advised me that they do not deliver in the evenings and only occasionally on weekends (when they have enough deliveries to make it worth it). At this point, I had my name down to have the item delivered on the next available Saturday.
We booked to move with Jay's this coming weekend, not because they provided the best service, but because we were kind of stuck with a short timeline for our move. After a lost quote, them having our wrong email address, being told multiple times "we are working on your quote right now and will have it to you by ___" we finally were able to book our moving truck. When I went to go pick up the boxes I was told the moving date we originally booked will no longer work.
We are sorry for missing your desired moving date. Short notice moves are always difficult, and in this case, we booked up before we could confirm with you.
Jays is contracted by Costco to deliver oversized items in Saskatoon and area. I had booked a delivery date 2 weeks in advance to have a tv delivered to a rural address an hour outside of Saskatoon to which they delivered. 3 days before the delivery date Jays called to cancel the delivery because they didn’t have a truck going my way with no new expected delivery date. They would let me know when they would have a truck coming my way because they were not going to deliver it until it was worth their while.

We had an excellent experience with Jay’s Transportation for our Costco fridge and stove delivery. Rupinder and Mehak were outstanding—super polite, efficient, helpful, and professional from start to finish. These were very heavy items, and they arrived on time and were handled with great care. We also really appreciated the timely phone calls updating us on the pending delivery time. Despite working in sweltering heat (35°C), they worked tirelessly to get the job done.

We ordered a piece of exercise equipment from Costco, that unfortunately the factory packed into one box (That weighed 600lbs!) Dennis and Dallas with Jays Transport showed up with it, and they were able to move it into our garage, and from the size and weight of that box, that wasn’t an easy task. We want to say a heartfelt thank you to both Dennis and Dallas for getting that box into our garage. We know how hard that was and we appreciate the effort they put in, and both of them very much.

I had a great experience with the Jay's employees! They were delivering a fridge for me and they were not only careful, they were courteous as well. I have carpet in my house and they politely took their shoes off without being asked. Gurinder Singh and Akshay were very respectful, gave me time to look over the fridge, and were very careful to make sure no walls or doorways were struck. I was very pleased with their work. They greeted me with a smile and were kind the whole time

I had a great experience with my recent delivery which was my first with this company. Thanks to Amoah and Dallas! They were both very friendly and professional. They handled everything with care(the bed frame was a heavy piece), took the time to make sure I was okay with their actions and didn’t rush me.
