Worst customer service ever. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and used them 2x but never again. Front desk person (who is very abrasive and rude) folded her arms and said she couldn’t help when all she needed to do is help me with an alternative instead of lying to me and telling me that she had no trucks available. U-Haul confirmed they did but I refused to give them one more penny of my money. Never again.
Rented a truck once before and had a good experience; friendly and helpful. Last weekend, on Sun Nov 27, had a terrible experience. Truck was fine, but the service was terrible. Reserved online, arrived at opening time and was 2nd customer served. Young man finished my check in and said he would get the truck and have it out front in 2 minutes. Then proceeded to do an entire rental from scratch with a customer who came in well after me.
Front office rep was the rudest person and not help at all. Certainly not someone I would have sitting and answering your phones. Not to mention she ignored my call 4 times when I know for fact she was in the office. We were trying to drop off a truck. I would never use this facility due to the disrespect and nasty attitude. Don’t take your bad day or attitude out on customers. If you want trucks parked in a specific spot then put signs? Not a hard concept.
The absolute worst storage facility ever with the worst management! Me and my sick mother were cleaning the storage unit after her partner passed away and her partners son decided to come and intimidate her and myself, the management sided with him and had us trespassed because the unit was in his late fathers name which happens to be his name as well. The manager talked over us the whole time and didn’t care as my sickly mother was crying and the proceeded to vomit.
We reserved a U-Haul and a dolly and this was our pickup location. They gave the last dolly away to the people in front of us in line who did not even have it reserved. They still charged me for a dolly rental. When I called to get that fee …
Yes, they are great for move in. But once they know your in they want to price increase of 50%. I am a business owner and I would never price increase that much. Especially for a long time customer. Its ridiculous and bad business …
The front desk lady is the absolute grouchiest and unprofessional person you could have as the customer facing employee. Arguing with staff, making faces, balling up her fists, very rude all in front of customers. Do better.
Tried to rent a storage unit; what a nightmare it turned out to be. Was asked multiple times what we would be storing and the answer each time was the same answer - household goods. Decided to take my business elsewhere.

The staff at Cy Fair Storage is amazing! They are so helpful and make renting a U-Haul super easy! We will go out of our way to come to this location because the people are so friendly!
