They moved and stored my elderly mom and took complete advantage. They over charged her credit card multiple times. Broke many of her items and lost over $5,000 worth of items. Dawda the owner promised to pay her for her items and refund her move and storage. He even signed an agreement. The first check bounced and she is still waiting on the committed money and he is ignoring her calls and voicemails. He is a fraud at best.

I was referred to Eurmove by my realtor to move my 97 year old mother’s things from Roswell, NM to Fulshear and place in storage. The move was top notch and was very pleased. I was to meet Dawda and the crew at the storage unit for unloading in Fulshear. He called me and stated that they had already unloaded and he put the three units in his name. At that time he asked that I give him her credit card number and they would automatically charge her card each month.
Hired them to pack out and store my house after a flood. When moving stuff back in caused nearly $3400 in damage and they stole my folding ladder replacing it with a cheap smaller knockoff. They gave me fake insurance information and stopped taking my calls.
DO NOT USE EURMOVE! Our daughter used Eurmove and had a wonderful experience. In light of this we contracted with Eurmove for our relocation. Our move went flawlessly and we were very pleased. Then the troubles began. Over the next weeks Eurmove made four random and unauthorized charges to our credit card which they had on file. These charges amounted to over $22,000 (considerably more than the cost of the move!).

Months since they moved my stuff. Damaged my freezer, broke my desktop computer, daughter’s dresser, and coffee table. I only asked the owner to cover the computer cost—he refused. Called multiple times, he promises to call back but never does. This has been since January. Regret shipping through them.
The worst moving experience. Nothing that had been promised was delivered. Tons of damages, over charges. The owner promised to resolve all of the issues, two months later we had to dispute charges via a credit card company. I would never ever hire this company.
Dear Rita, As the Owner of Eurmove I am taking full responsibility. Since we couldn't help you on the move day, we made the mistake of outsourcing the service to another Company we trusted but unfortunately they were not up to the task.
They actually stole four chairs from my home. They then tried to say that we gave them the chairs which is a total lie. When they were caught after stealing them and removing them from our property. They returned three of them damaged and …
Bonnie, I’m sorry that this move ended the way it did. I have acknowledged from the beginning that mistakes were made on our part, and as the owner of Eurmove, I have accepted responsibility for those mistakes. However, I also have to address several statements that I believe are inaccurate.
Update: I am still owed over $1100 for the items they LOST. They committed to reimbursing by last Monday. Nothing. They no longer respond to messages. They are THIEVES! …

What a great experience from the initial booking to the unloading. When it was discovered that a 2nd truck was needed a very fair price was agreed on and the truck was onsite just as the first truck was being closed up. We had the same team loading and unloading they were great they continually laughed and sang they worked great together. I would strongly recommend Eurmove to anyone. We have found “0” breakage or missing items.

Eurmove is hands down the most reliable movers I've ever used. We've used them several times for our residential and our business. They always provide reliable service with great professionalism. Each time I've used them they were extremely prompt. Our commercial machines were prepped and delivered securely with no issues.
Have used these guys twice and will continue to use in the future. Great communication from beginning to end. Crews are professional and efficient. Highly recommend!
