I was a little surprised after reading the good reviews from others that have use Tier 1’s Service. The crew showed up a behind schedule but got the truck loaded in a timely manner. Where the issue was with the management. The “owner” Marcus was present upon arrive but then disappeared on a “run” for 4 almost 5 hours as his crew waited for his return because the truck was out of gas, which he had to supply the crew. Then to add insult tried to charge an hourly rate for his negligence.
Showed up 6 hours late, a mover short and damaged some of my furniture. Furniture "protection" was not offered. I did contact the owner Marcus Kelly....he did reply to me quickly and did apologize. Marcus offered a 50% discount on a future …

Darrian Taylor was very kind, patient, fairly priced and most of all handled all of my belongings with the utmost care. I moved from building 8 to building 26 of my apartment complex, both located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. He worked diligently to make sure I was moved out of my old apartment and into my new one with no stress at all. He also mounted my television. I recommend this company for any small or large move. The customer service was wonderful from start to finish. 10/10! Thank you tier 1!
