I had an absolutely terrible experience with 3 Brothers Moving and Storage. They misrepresented themselves from the beginning, claiming they were a moving company when in fact they are brokers. This critical detail was hidden from me until it was too late. Communication was nearly impossible once they had my belongings. I voiced multiple concerns throughout the process, but they refused to respond or take accountability.

Greatly disappointed that an item was not delivered and *potentially intentionally not delivered. I had a delivery from Ohio to Georgia during February. They moved my items from my home into a storage unit. Upon getting in my storage unit, I had a new oversized mirror that was missing. I didn’t think to have someone check the same day of the delivery so this was discovered after the items were delivered. I also asked if it was necessary for someone to be there when they delivered and was told no.

This company absolutely lied to us about cancelation policy. My mother is 84 years old They had her pay half down, which was $896. They said if something happened and she had to cancel they would retain 10% and refund the remainder. We ended up canceling due to moms health. Upon calling, they said she would receive no refund at all on down-payment! The office rep told me she would keep the 10% and give mom a credit TO USE within 2 years! We canceled within the time period required and did exactly as we were told.

The only way I could leave a review was to give them at least 1 star. They were a mess from the very beginning. They finally showed at 8 pm. Then came all the extra charges. While doing the verbal inventory, I was very specific with what I had. I told the agent on the phone if they could keep it under a certain amount I would have them do the move. The way they did it was to lower the square ft needed. After they got there and did the walk through, my extra charges were almost $700 more.

I had an awful experience using 3 Brothers Moving & Storage. They did not inform me that they were brokering out my move to another company. The movers that showed up were aggressive, rude and demanding. Once they had 1/4 of my belonging loaded on the truck they informed me that there was a big problem. I had more belongings than they were expecting. Which is NOT correct, as the inventory list that I provided was correct.

I would not recommend this company to move anyone from out of state long distance. I was quoted on thing by them, then when the actual (contracted) company that was moving me came, I had to pay double my balance. The LACK of information given by 3 Brothers was incredible. However, when getting my deposit, the eagerness was a bit outrageous. I booked my move almost 5 months in advance. You should tell people about stairs are EXTRA... more that 20ft from the truck is EXTRA..

This is the worst Moving company. They don't tell you that they subcontract out the trucks and movers. They gave me a quote and when the truck and movers showed up they wanted to triple the original price. They left me stranded having to find another Moving company on the day of the move because I didn't have triple the price to pay them. Now it's been over 3 weeks and I'm still trying to get my deposit of $3260.00 back from them. I've sent numerous emails and they will not respond.

The Benjamin’s had a terrible experience with this company. I respect professionalism, honesty and reliability this company gives you a quote plus lets you sign an agreement of your agreed payment to lock your services . Two days before my pick up date we were sent higher quotes a new contract we cancelled immediately without an offer to return my deposit I contacted our bank and had our deposits returned .
