Started out great. Pleasant man, took his time talking with me, we were all set to move my house. He told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks but to check in once a week to see how the schedule was going. I would text and sometimes get a reply the first couple of weeks. Then he quit replying to texts so I would call. He would tell me he was about ready to move it and then quit taking my calls. I called from another phone immediately after a call was rejected from my phone.
I met David while selling him a new phone. He was extremely polite and just a very nice man. He expressed to me the type of work he did and I was shocked because I needed my home moved soon. So as promised, when I was ready I contacted him. He gave me a date and did not meet the date. He would only answer the phone when I called him after texting. So, David was to move my home and a storage building that was on the property. He charged for both and was clear of the amount that was for the building.
A truly horrible experience. Three weeks ago I hired David to move my mobile home about 100 yards to the rear of my place. Long story short- After moving about 25 feet their moving machine's hitch sheared off instantly dropping my trailer causing plenty of damage. It sounded like a cannon going off when it happened. Broken plumbing, beveled tempered glass shelves shattered, broken sheetrock, broken toilet, and God knows what else. A complete cluster. They managed to get the trailer moved and blocked up afterwards.
