We had specified that it was a move of two apartments into a multi-generational house, where most of the boxes would already be moved. Several pieces of furniture were damaged, in addition to a new conveyor belt that was scratched; they didn't pack all the furniture, only some before loading it into the truck. Two out of three employees didn't speak French or English. Although we indicated the rooms to drop off the furniture, in the end, they placed it anywhere...
They were late by an hour and a half, then asked me why I was not leaving a tip and nearly 5 days later I am waiting for a copy of my bill to be sent to my email as promised. Save yourself a headache aind someone else, there are a thousand moving companies out in Montreal.
