UPDATE! When you don't like negative feedback, it's easier to say you're not our customers. Well done! Poor service and exorbitant prices. Several pieces of furniture were broken, and on top of that, we paid much more than expected. They didn't take responsibility for the damage! Don't look at their hourly rate, because they'll earn more hours with their unprofessional work.

Thieves. We had an appointment between noon and 3 pm, but they arrived at 5:15 pm. We had time to completely empty the apartment. It took an hour and fifteen minutes to load the truck, and the guy took three cigarette breaks during that hour. They were two young, exhausted, and inexperienced guys. They finished the move around 9 pm and charged $600. Furthermore, they deliberately worked slowly.
Sorry, but when a client shows disrespect to the movers, is unable to pay the bill, and their belongings are dirtier than the truck bed—we have to walk away! By the way, the two "youngsters," as you call them, were two men between 35 and 42 years old in their prime, and they are very professional…
I requested a quote to move a wardrobe, a small dresser, and 10 boxes, and they sent me a quote saying it would take a minimum of 2 hours of moving at $195 per hour plus tax, plus 1 hour of transportation, plus a 22-foot truck. It certainly won't take 2 hours to move that much within the same city, nor will it require a 22-foot truck. Stop advertising that you do small moves if you don't! You've wasted my time; I spent an hour reading your webpage.

I recently moved with this company, the whole experience was ok, the guy was Carrefour but so slow it takes me 7 hours to move only furniture because all the other things I already packed and moved it to my new home. Also they don't have cover to protect the mattress and when I talked to the manager of the company to tell him about the mattresses and to complain about the work, he was impolite and he hung out the phone.
Thanks for your feedback! However, as previously told, we were selling at that time the mattress bags and not just offering them as we are not reusing them because of the hygienic reasons. If you don’t have 10$ to pay for plastic bags, then sorry.
I wish this moving company would improve this situation by consulting with the apartment administration regarding the appropriate location for conducting moving activities. The truck blocking the hallway, as shown in the picture, is quite unacceptable. Ideally, in this residence, we have a rear parking area that allows movers to carry out their tasks.

The condition of your accommodation was appalling upon our arrival. We even noticed signs of bedbugs and, of course, we cancelled our reservation to protect future guests. Even in your other reviews, it appears you've used extermination companies... What a shame!

These guys are great, punctual, they came 10 mins before our appointment. we had a problem with the elevator they kept calm and handled the situation professionally. They are fast but are very careful in handling and moving furniture and belongings. They worked quickly without compromising quality, communicated clearly, and took extra precautions to protect both the furniture and the property. Their teamwork and positive attitude made the entire moving process much easier than expected.
