I am extremely upset. After countless family and friends recommending these guys, i canceled with the first company to use these guys and WHAT A MISTAKE. Initially, everything seemed okay, guys arrived on time and started grabbing stuff. However, one of the movers began incessantly complaining about his coworker, which eventually led to them kicking him out. That same worker complained the ENTIRE time, in which at one point i offered to cancel the move on the spot!

Stay far away from this company! Communication is absolutely nonexistent. My boyfriend reserved our move date three weeks in advance, providing all the necessary details. The company promised to arrive between 10 am and 2 pm, as we needed to be out on time for the new tenants moving in at 5 pm. We also informed them that only one working elevator would be available, which might slow the process down. Despite all of this, the movers didn’t show up until 3:15 pm, officially starting at 3:30 pm after setup.

Unfortunately, it was a DISASTROUS experience: they damaged and, more importantly, lost some of my stored belongings: furniture, clothes, and worse, irreplaceable family heirlooms. There was no customer service, no compensation from them, just apologies when I followed up. For professionals who handled the packing, transport, storage, and delivery, it's pathetic, appalling…

Le Clan is using self-employed individuals, rather than trained and experienced employees. This is important because if something happens, the company makes the guys pay for it rather than standing behind their brand and taking responsibility for and care of their employees. My team didn’t even arrive with a Clan Panneton truck, but a rental. The rate was hourly and because they weren’t great, it took 11 hours for a 4 1/2 and cost me accordingly. Several things were broken and walls dinged and scratched.

Moving with Le Clan Panneton has been the worst experience I have had dealing with a company. First, the moving crew was rude, showed up late and spent 30 minutes trying to park their truck in our driveway. In the process they tried taking shortcuts and bent our fence. When confronted the movers said: "Deal with the company". Beyond the property damage, the movers damaged our furniture. At the end, they tried to charge us for the 30 minutes they spent parking the truck and damaging our property.

The worst movers we have dealt with in awhile. Extremely unprofesionnal. They sent junior movers with no experience that led to massive damage to appliances and property. WHen we brought up these issues the person we dewalt with (Philip) was very dismissive. Not to mention that made a mistake on the invoice and then charged us surplus for it afterwards. I moved with them on June 27th and it was the worst experience. I paid $2600 and they wasted time guessing things just to waste time, and they touched all my furniture. Almost all of it was damaged by the walls or broken. I even took pictures. This is the worst company to do business with; I strongly advise against using them.
