The worst moving experience I've ever had. There was a lot of damage to the furniture being moved, and the movers' behavior was discriminatory. Before even starting the job, they demanded to be paid. Twenty minutes before the end of the two hours I'd paid for, they started telling me they weren't going to finish, even though there were still five boxes and a bed frame left. They decided to dismantle the bed frame before assembling it.

The worst service I've ever experienced in Montreal. An unbelievable lack of professionalism. I had everything planned for them to move me around 3:00 PM. They arrived two hours late, without even letting me know. Once they got to my address, the man refused to move me, claiming he didn't have parking. We offered to move our cars so he could park, but he refused. Once I got back to look at my things, the man refused to move me because apparently I had too much stuff...

The worst movers ever. We booked 2 months prior the move, on the D day they showed up on time, went through the apartment to check how many stuff we have, then started talking between them in some eastern european language then refused to do the move ,pretending that there is no space where to park the truck, the boxes are to heavy, and believe it or no they aid that they were TIRED !!!! we called their boss, he mentionned that he was going to find us another crew, but he never called back.

Worst company ever!!! I called and clearly explained that I had a very heavy, long, and deep sofa to move to the second floor. I indicated that the sofa wouldn't fit through the stairwell and would have to be moved via the balcony. I asked them if they offered hoisting services and if they were equipped. They said yes. They arrived, there were two of them, without ropes, without pulleys... in short, unequipped. They asked me if I would assume the risk if they damaged the sofa or the balcony.

Very bad service! I trusted the review and hired them to move my 1 sleeping apartment to another address nearby. It took them around 7 hours to do that- the driving distance between two apartment is only 8 minutes , so basically it is nearly 800 by their rate! But how they worked is bad, so bad. They tried ro drag the moving as slow as possible. For example, instead of using e cart or dolly for moving, they did it manually! Yes, they just put the dolly near the elevator and did not use.

They arrived 30 minutes late and were charged for an extra 20 minutes even though they hadn't touched a single box during that time. The two movers were speaking a foreign language in front of me, they were incredibly relaxed, and they took their time because they were paid by the hour. They indirectly pressured me to tip them, and I left a $100 tip for them. Instead of thanking me, they showed displeasure. And when I returned to my old house, I found a large hole in the wall at the entrance...

I'm giving this company one star because the person I spoke to told me they would call me back the next day before noon to confirm the time the moving truck would arrive at my house. I waited until dinnertime to call back myself and was told they would call me back the next morning. I had to call again myself around 1:30 PM to be told they would call me back in an hour and a half (around 3 PM), and they didn't. I finally made an agreement with another, much more professional company in just one call.

Professional and careful. My only complaint is that they grossly underestimated the cost of the move. Everything was in boxes... They claimed to be able to move a 4 1/2 apartment in 3 hours. It took them 6 hours ($1000 instead of the estimated $500). We explained what we had and which floor we lived on when we booked. They're lucky we had the money and didn't want any hassle.
