This is my true review... I felt forced by the movers to write a positive review. It is difficult to say no when the three movers are all over you with an intimidating attitude. A JBL bluetooth speaker was suspiciously missing, but I have not enough proof to say it was them.
Hello Mr. Leonel hope you are doing well . We are sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t 100% to your satisfaction. We understand that you have different view of situation and you express your self, we would just want clarity a couple things.
Everything was ok until an large mirror was broken inside the moving truck. Even though it was wrapped in a blanket it's completely shattered. I understand accidents happen. However for a big company like this I would assume there would be policies in place to properly compensate people in situations like this. I was informed that I need to pay a 350 deductible first, and then they will pay anywhere from 50 cents to 10$ per pound that the item weighs (at their own discretion).
Hello Mia, Our company, MovinGo, has never completed a moving service or signed a moving contract with you. We believe you may have confused us with another company. We also noticed that a similar 1-star review was previously posted for another moving company and later removed.
We were very disappointed with this moving company: 15 hours for a 6 1/2 apartment where everything was well-packed in appropriately sized boxes. Half the time would have been spent stacking everything. The truck was also too small. We asked beforehand if it was big enough. Two of the three guys were more active; we're not sure what the third one was doing there. They don't accept checks, but they don't mention at the beginning that payment is in cash or by Visa/Mastercard.
Johan and his team did an okay job. I found the guys a bit arrogant towards the end. They even asked for a tip at the end, and once I gave it to them, they weren't happy and asked for more. During some conversations, the guys were speaking a language we didn't understand and laughing amongst themselves. Personally, that was the only time I'll do business with them.
Mr. Vincent, Good morning. I would like to offer my sincerest apologies for any dissatisfaction you and your mother may have experienced with our moving services. As you may recall, you and your mother previously expressed your satisfaction with our work by giving us a 5-star rating.
What a bunch of crooks. They took over 6 hours to empty a 6 1/2 apartment on the 3rd floor. The boxes were packed, the furniture was normal. It was like they were taking a break from moving every single piece of furniture. When I was downstairs, they were upstairs, and vice versa. Their truck was too small. 15 hours of moving when others could have done it in 6.
Poor service – very dissatisfied with the service; the time it took them was indefinite. I had the impression they wanted to stay all night to work longer hours. I found the employees to be incredibly lazy. They refused to uninstall a simple cabinet – very dissatisfied.
Broke my furniture. Drilled broken parts back where they dont belong. Peed all over my toilet. They delete 1 star reviews beware!! Gave us a discount to keep quiet 🤫 …

May 2026 This is my second time using MovinGo, and once again they did not disappoint. The team was efficient, fast, careful with my belongings, and genuinely very nice to work with. As a returning client, they even offered me a discount, which I really appreciated. Their hourly rate may seem a bit higher than some competitors, but in the end they actually save you money because they don’t waste any time. Everything was done smoothly and professionally from start to finish.
