I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. Not only did they damage my items during the move, but the company has refused to cover the full cost of repairs, instead offering only the minimal amount covered by their insurance. After obtaining a professional estimate for the repairs, it’s clear that the compensation offered falls far short of what's necessary to restore my property.

Don't do business with this company. They're a joke, they don't respect their own contracts, and they always add extra charges for everything. They're completely unprofessional; their furniture is never packed. They don't pay attention to business; they rip everyone off. They should shut down their company. Go with André Belair Moving. They're reputable and have a record. First place in the Consumer Choice Award.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY from this third rate company! Movers were really nice guys and tried their best but they need to listen to recommendations. They refused to take apart a loveseat, instead they opted to take off a railing to bring the it into the basement..it was poorly reinstalled and caused additional damage. They also destroyed the door moulding while trying to force it through.

Fraud. They started a move. Did not finish, and asked for $150 advance to finish which we paid. They never came back, hung up and blocked our number when called. Be careful. Update: 2 months later, the company puts up a fake reply to my review in order to be degrading. Money was never returned, we had to hired another company to finish the job.

They cancelled 2 hours after the move was supposed to have begun and was promised a refund of the deposit I had promptly delivered when I reserved. It's now been 2.5 months and countless emails begging for the refund with limited responses/empty promises they will get on it shortly. Maybe a negative Google review can finally resolve this, it seemed to have worked for the other guy. Follow up to come ...
We are sorry vincent but as written in our contracts we don’t do refunds if you cancel .. and unfortunately you canceled last minute . We apologize for the inconvenience.
Horrible service. The guys that did my moving didn't wrap my furniture. There’s a whole in my couch and my tv console is all chipped. When I asked them what could be done they told me that their boss was going to call me. Three days later, I still didn't hear anything back so I contacted him myself. He told me to go back to the guy and tell him. I am still waiting for a call back til this day… Very disappointed by the fact that they are very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

A very bad experience. My sister had booked a move with Déménagement Écono and paid a $200 deposit. A specific date and time had been confirmed. Two days before the move, they called to try to change the date, saying they had too many moves …
Good evening, Unfortunately, once you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable, as stated in the contract we sent you. You booked a move two days before the end of the month, and we accommodated you.
