Super friendly, but you have to keep an eye on things because otherwise, nothing happens. It's really hard to communicate with them because only one in three understands and speaks a little French. I wanted to tip with the final payment, but he asked me to send it directly to his phone number because the company steals their tips... There was no floor protection, the furniture (some of it unpacked) was banging against all the corners, the table was covered in tape, and there were no protective blankets...
Hello Cynthia Long, We have taken note of your comment, but we would like to set the record straight. Montreal is a cosmopolitan city, and our proudly multicultural team speaks fluent English.
A company that refuses to compensate us for the damage caused to our home. While leaving our new residence, they hit our driveway with their truck. We initially thought the marks left by this incident were paint transfer, but after attempting to clean and repair it, it became clear that the stones were heavily scratched and damaged. The damaged area is also significant.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We take your comments seriously.
They charged us much more than what was on the quote. So in the end, it was not « économique » at all. I do not recommend.
I used their services and was charged $2200 for a 5 1/2 apartment plus a shed. On top of that, there was an additional $350 charge for heavy items that they never mentioned. They broke a railing during the move and only credited me $30... ridiculous! Furthermore, I had made a $100 deposit that I had to ask them for again because they weren't aware of it. Then yesterday, I received a text from a manager telling me to pay in cash because their payment machine wasn't working.

Punctuality was fine. The truck size we requested wasn't suitable because it was too small. As a result, the move took 12 and a half hours for a 4 1/2 apartment, storage unit, and yard. Luckily, the clothes were already moved. They even filled both of our vehicles. The bill came to a hefty $2534, much to my surprise. The two movers worked very hard and well. As for my refrigerator, it took them 30 minutes to finally decide to remove the doors, even though I had warned them.
Thank goodness I didn't do business with you! It's been three weeks since I moved and I still haven't received the service proposal that the young woman who answered my call was supposed to send me! When I called to get answers to my questions, I asked the young woman if she had time. She said yes. After three questions, exasperated, she asked me if the number I was calling from could be used to send a quote.
Worst experience ever. They broke many things. Of course, all hidden and covered. You discover afterward when unboxing. They punch a hole in my floor. They took 6.5 hours to move a small 4 and half condo. Took about 2 hours to drive a 45 minutes run to destination.
