I had a very bad experience with Transport Colivex Moving. My move was scheduled for June 30th at 6:00 PM. I had informed Mr. Samir Bentriou that my new location required a strictly scheduled appointment because it was a new construction site. My elevator access at the new site was from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM. I was reassured that there was no problem and that they would be able to meet the deadline.

This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. The move was completely disorganized and felt like a deliberate attempt to waste time in order to charge as much as possible. The staff were highly unprofessional, inefficient, and rude. They lacked basic skills, showed no respect for my time, and behaved in an uneducated and careless manner. What should have been a simple move turned into a long, stressful, and frustrating experience.

Beware of the boss! Have a signed contract. My partner was supposed to move on May 28th at 8:00 AM, and after calling 3 times: Unrealistic explanation New team (false) Mechanical problems (false) Wrong address: "was at the Gouin apartment number instead of the address, a difference of 6,000 units" they arrived at 11:00 AM. We called a week in advance to be sure of the day and the correct address. The billing was supposed to be $145 per hour, tax included, if paying in cash, but they wanted to charge $175 plus tax.

- 2 of them no english/french at all (slacked off on their phone a lot, they keep arguing with another collegue). They made a hole in the wall of the stairs, they smashed a lot the furniture while climbing the stairs (but thank god it seem intact since it was wrapped). - 1 of them was strong and nice. - 1 of them was really organized (thank god we had you in the team Christopher!) IT TOOK FOREVER, cause 2 of them were taking their time at the first place and it seemed not good organized at first.

We are very disappointed following today's move. Upon returning home, I discovered a hole in the garage ceiling. Furthermore, the contract clearly states a $250 deductible (see photo posted by my spouse). Your response is inaccurate when you claim it's simply an administrative fee. We find this explanation inadequate, especially given the damage caused. You don't seem to be taking responsibility.

They take their time, they charge extra hours. They end up charging extra hours, and they also charge you for the tape and plastic wrapping. I've moved five times, and I've never seen a mover charge for the tape and plastic wrapping. I'm disappointed with the service and I don't recommend this company.

They're incredibly slow. Moving a simple 4 ½ apartment took almost 5 hours and cost $3,500. Plus, my boyfriend helped them throughout the entire move. Without his help, the bill would probably have been even higher. I definitely don't recommend them 👎 …

My moving experience was fantastic. The three men who helped me took great care of every item and were incredibly efficient. They also kept us informed so we were ready for their arrival. It's not for a while yet, but if I have to move again in the future, I will definitely use their services again.

We had to move a small audiometry booth from Laval to Longueuil. It was disassembled into very heavy panels. Despite some delays on our part, everything went smoothly, professionally, and friendly. Once in Longueuil, I asked them for help reassembling the booth. They agreed, even though it wasn't initially planned and they had to leave for Quebec City. Without them, I would have had to hire someone else for this extra help. Gentlemen, I can't thank you enough for that.
