Never arrived on time for the 9:00 AM move. Never called to let me know. Didn't answer, ignored our calls. Saw the driver with COVID, changed my move time to 1:30 PM. OK, I understand, but then there was a conflict with the tenant who had to go home. 1:30 PM. Never called. Never gave any updates. At 4:10 PM, a driver called me. I was thinking about a plan B... I had to leave. He told me, "We'll be there in 25 minutes." Okay, finally arrived because there was no rain in the morning, nothing at 4:35 am. Cold rain.

On November 26th, after shopping around with several moving companies, I chose this one because there were many good reviews and they seemed very professional with a good price. I booked for Saturday, November 30th, and they suggested 9:00 AM for availability. The timing couldn't have been better. The day arrived, 9:30 AM, and still no sign of the truck. Worried, I tried to contact the company, but there was no answer. Just like the day before when they called to confirm their arrival.

I still haven't received my invoice after almost three months of moving, even though I paid the full amount upfront. After several unanswered emails and numerous phone calls, the person who answers always tells me to call back. I've insisted repeatedly on getting my invoice without success! And yet, I paid the taxes! Do they pay the taxes to the government? Or do they pocket them? Also, in their quote, they promised two wardrobe boxes, plastic wrap, floor protectors, and dollies.

They never showed up to do the move! Lack of respect and failure to compromise with the customer! I don't do business with this company. I gave them 2 stars; at least they had the courtesy to apologize.

Be very careful with these people. Here's how my experience went. 1 - The phone service was in French, but the two men who arrived didn't speak it. It took multiple calls with the person who schedules appointments, and sometimes I had to wait more than 15 minutes at my own expense for them to call back. 2 - They guaranteed me three people, but there were only two. 3 - They hadn't eaten all day, and the second half of the day was so slow that I had to do as much work as they did.

I moved out of a 1 bedroom apartment April 30, 2022. This company sent us one mover with experience and the other in training. They took 5hours just to load the truck. We had everything organized for them to quickly load the truck. They wrapped all my furniture (7 pieces) took them almost an hour to wrap. The only appliance they had to transport was a stove. My old place to new place are 15mins apart. In total it took them 7 hours.

Unbelievable but true. I wouldn't even recommend them as garbage collectors. 1; One day late 2; Didn't speak a word of French 3; Lazy and slow 4; Everything was too heavy 5; $120 surcharge for a supposedly commercial 30-inch stove 6; Damage to said stove; they made the pieces disappear so I couldn't claim "shiny" 7; Major scratches on the furniture 8; They refuse to pay for the damage and demand proof ("yeah, right, the idiots threw it out") 9; I'm forgetting some things, but to top it all off, they had the nerve…

If I could have given zero stars, I would have. I was intimidated by one of the three movers. I sent a message to the owner after payment, and he never called me back. I've moved a lot in recent years, and everyone else has given me wonderful service, but with them, it was awful. I absolutely do not recommend them. My table has a large X on the top, and they broke my small desk. I moved into a small 3 1/2 apartment without any electronics, and on top of that, they intimidated me and damaged two pieces of furniture.
