A very bad experience. We planned our move months in advance. On moving day itself, we received a call, while the movers were already there, informing us that they were going to raise the price from $175/hour to $200/hour. Despite our refusal, the company owner (Tony) harassed me by phone. My partner had to take over the negotiations because he was disrespectful and made misogynistic remarks. We had to accept the price increase; otherwise, the move wouldn't have taken place, even though they were already on site.

It’s hard to find trustworthy, professional, reliable, efficient, stress-free, careful movers today who charge a fair price. Karl and his team are exactly that. From the moment we booked, we received a confirmation call, and from there it was a smooth and efficient move out from our condo to home. The entire move took 4-5 hours. They made sure to be careful with every piece from move out to move in - and had all the protective accessories for our valuable pieces. These guys work hard and are efficient.

I recommend this company without hesitation! My move went perfectly. The team was punctual, professional, efficient, and incredibly kind. Every piece of furniture was handled with care, and everything was done in a cheerful atmosphere. There was the boss, always in control of the situation; the "strongman," capable of moving anything without flinching; and the "comedian," who made the day much more enjoyable with his sense of humor.
