Movers showed up late with 2 guys instead of the contracted 3. Very slow loading. VERY. Then unloading also VERY slow. Broke couch and armchair, damaged side table and denied responsibility. Tried to overcharge me by an hour. All around terrible experience. Would never use again, do not recommend
Guys arrived after 5pm like you requested. Third guy got sick so we had to replace with an other guy... it took him an hour to drive there but he was there for 80% of the job. Sofa and arm chair were bought in antique auction and client wants to scam the insurance to get them repaired.
We hired this company for our move, and it was a disastrous experience from start to finish. During the move, the movers had to remove our front door to get the furniture through. I clearly asked them to put the door inside. They argued and instead leaned it against a post outside. A few minutes later, the wind blew it over, causing significant damage to the door and frame. The door no longer closes properly, and the aluminum frame needs to be replaced. The estimated repair cost is $2,500.
They forgot all my pots and pans, broke an antique lamp they hadn't packed and left the pieces in the garden even though they'd been hired to pack the boxes, damaged the woodwork and two tables, and overcharged for their time. We managed to reach an agreement afterward, but the experience was anything but pleasant.
We are sorry that this was a difficult experience for you and especially for us. You were more than compensated for the damage caused. We did not overcharge for hours; in fact, we provided services that are normally billed according to the contract free of charge.

Above and beyond. They were 2 hours late from estimated time but thats understandable with movers since you never know what you run into in thay job. But they periodically updated me by text message and phone call of their new ETAs. When they arrived they gave both a fast and effective service as well as showing amazing problem solving skills, great regard for safety, good communication as well as impressive strength and endurance. Especiallu handling an over-sized fridge in small areas.

From the very beginning, during our phone and email communications, Abdul distinguished himself by his courteous, efficient, and intelligent responses. This certainly inspired confidence. On the morning of my move, Abdul called me early to say he was coming, and he wasn't running late. His two colleagues were coming by public transport, and he assured me he wouldn't start the timer until they arrived, without even being asked, to put my mind at ease. All three did an excellent job, calmly and confidently.
