One of the worst experiences of our lives with this moving company. Extremely slow and expensive service, plus one mover who spent his time hitting on my daughter and was even aggressive at times. Furthermore, the guys take their sweet time and take 15-minute breaks at my expense. Also, note that for a team of three movers, one is assigned to security and does almost nothing except relax in the truck. And to top it all off, we were forced to pay a $60 tip without our consent (yes, you read that right).
Terrible service. The refrigerator was broken because they insisted on forcing it through one door instead of another. It was also damaged. It took a whole day to repair because all the parts had been disassembled to force it through the door. No compensation was offered for the scratches or the poor service. And on top of that, the price was inflated. I strongly suggest you go to another company before this one!
We are sorry to hear that you had a less than perfect experience with our moving service, but please remember that the damaged part of the refrigerator was replaced at our expense, and a refund was issued to your account as an apology. We apologize again, but we did our best to resolve this issue.

Truck came on time , clean and large 20pi and the team ( Andrei and Petko ) were amazing and very professional, they are fast and took care of every single item being moved: everything covered and protected and NO damage at all to any item and wall from source to destination.
