worst experience with this company. broke an expensive equipment and overcharged me at the end. (even tho they broke my DJI Stabilizer and damaged my hair purifier). When I called their boss, he agreed to lower the price to $400, I then agreed and ask him for his email. I then sent him an E-transfer of $400 that he received. He then told his employees to close the truck and leave with all my belongings. I stopped them and called him back.

I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give less. We had a frustrating experience with this company. Our home was left with noticeable damage after the move, and we felt there was little effort on their part to resolve it. When we raised our concerns, we were told there was no proof it was caused by them, which left us feeling unheard and unsupported. The process took significantly longer than expected.

These people are completely unprofessional. They gave me a time slot between 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., which they clearly couldn't keep. I received several changes from them, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, they blamed the previous client, saying she hadn't been truthful. They finally started the work after 5:30 p.m., but still wanted to bill me starting at 5 p.m. Yet, I have an audio recording of them knocking on my door at 5:10 p.m.

Worst company ever, has you can think of they are not the pro movers, but they charge like them tho ,they have who they have that day to work no experience needed. i have just bought myself a beautyfull sobro coffee table they damaged it . they moved it whitout the tarp on...brand new table when i told the mover instantly denied, so i proceeded to call the management, right away agressive and telling me i was looking for a deal while i had paid in advance, really i paid in advance...

We feel it is important to report this. There was even talk of financial compensation in exchange for removing the review. This offer was refused, on principle, because it is essential that everyone can express themselves freely and that others are informed.

My partner and I used this moving company and we are not at all satisfied with the service we received. The movers were courteous but spoke very basic French and English, making it quite difficult to communicate. The first instruction was to be very careful with the coffee table, which was brand new only last week. I repeatedly asked them to be very careful, and they told me it wasn't heavy. However, the mover used a moving strap, which left marks on the table that they hadn't covered beforehand.

Having used this company twice in the past and having had a good experience, I referred them to a friend. Unfortunately, she didn't have the same experience. Several items were stolen from her, and some appliances were damaged. I was very disappointed to learn this. The company offered no support whatsoever when she tried to resolve the issue; on the contrary, they were defensive and threatened her. Furthermore, the service provided during the move was slow.

If you want a company to come and destroy your hardwood floors, damage your very expensive dining room table, and then yell at you afterward... blah blah... this company is for you. Don't hire this company; it was a horrible experience. Furthermore, sending a $200 check for damages didn't even come close to the $7,500+ in damages they caused. The company never even tried to repair the floors. They told me to buy a repair kit. Clearly, they don't understand that you can't just repair one section.

Very reasonable prices, punctual, intelligent work, meticulous with the furniture and everything else. The movers (Nicholas and Igor) are very professional and offer impeccable service. We went over all the items to be moved, and they fit everything into the truck for just one trip! The furniture and delicate items were well secured in the truck. No hidden fees; extra charges (additional movers and optional mattress protection bags) were offered and communicated with my agreement. Highly recommended!

During our move, we used iDigus's services. The work was outstanding: everything was done quickly, carefully, efficiently, and in a very organized manner. As is often the case with a move, there were bulky items to transport, as well as about twenty small boxes and bags—everything was handled perfectly. And one curious detail, not particularly important in itself, but indicative of the team's professionalism: a few hours after the job was finished, we realized we couldn't find the sofa legs.
