I highly recommend to NOT use them. If you like your furniture and belongings. A gang of incompents that don't know how to work, they couldn't care less of your opinion when I hired to move our belongings and I tried to speak to them where to place my belongings they completely ignored me to the point were I had to call the police to make sure they didn't take off with my furniture and belongings because after one hour of moving things into my home they decided that our house wasn't completely ready after flood…
This letter is to complain about the service we received on June 27th, 2020 from Intact Moving Services. The movers arrived at 2pm and left at 9:00pm! Their work was disorganized and very slow. I specifically showed them the few things I needed moved (2 bedrooms, dining room set (table- 6 chairs- commode), a couch and a few boxes.
So rude! Hanging up without even saying goodbye, just because he didn’t like the answer he received. They really need to understand that customers today aren’t necessarily looking for the cheapest service—they’re looking for great customer service. And honestly, that’s something they clearly need to work on.
Very disappointing and concerning experience overall. I took the time to properly prepare my move and provided a detailed list of everything in advance. It was a straightforward one-bedroom apartment on the first floor, no appliances, about 40 boxes, and standard furniture. I made sure everything was clearly communicated so there would be no surprises, but unfortunately the reality was very different. On moving day, the situation quickly raised red flags.
do not hoist your furniture from the exterior of the house they camouflaged a major wood chip with brown tape and said they are not accountable not even to repair the damage.
I contacted Intact after having dealt with Tenor Demenagement with outstanding service and team, having given them 5 stars and would give more if I could. …

I was extremely lucky to have had you on the team ….and you are definitely a TEAM LEADER …it takes a very special person to have made it all work in a colourful way with no pressure. Thank you! The day started in a very worrying unusual way, however the situation was resolved very quickly …so thank you.
Excellent packing and moving services! Everything went perfectly; they were very careful with my belongings. The staff was friendly, professional, and competent. I highly recommend their services!
Our insurance company hired Intact/Tenor to bring our furnitures and belongings back to our house after a very stressful water damage event. These guys were amazing. My entire family was in the house, often times blocking their way, making them do back and forths between different rooms due to us changing our minds or making mistakes in where things had to go, and never once did we feel like we were annoying them. No eye rolls, no sigh, no even an upset face which would've been really understandable at times!
What a team! Patrick and Kevroy were absolutely fantastic! 🤩 Experienced, efficient, calm, and reassuring men who handled everything expertly! For a move from Montreal to the North Shore (600km), I am more than satisfied. The quote they provided was very accurate compared to the final bill. If I have to move again, I will definitely use them: I highly recommend them. A thousand thanks! ❣️
