DON'T HIRE THEM!!! Worst company ever!!!! - We had a move with them, it was almost double of what the quote said.! LOOKED INTO PREVIOUS REVIEWS!!! They do this often!!!! nd we didn't event have much stuff or heavy stuff. - we declared a treadmill on the quote as is a heavy item. The Movers charge us more the same day. - They don't do bills so "you save taxes" - Very unprofessional. (Movers and office staff) - They spill water all over my stuff. A 5000$ computer!!!

Crooked company - Arrived late (almost 2 hours) with excuses about truck breakdowns (okay, 12 hours before the day) - Brought in extra guys to make up for the delay they caused, but tried to charge us for it - Packed extra boxes for minor items even though we had already packed everything and, moreover, had everything ready to go near the front door for most things: boxes, shipping containers, no appliances!

Worst experience ever with this company: - They arrived early, without the one-hour notice I was assured on the phone. - They didn't respect the moving contract, which specified we only wanted two movers, but they showed up with three without notice and tried to charge us for them at the end of the move. - One of the movers was seriously injured and unable to work due to faulty truck equipment.
I'm giving two stars because, to begin with, they quoted me $170/hour for three guys, then added another guy for an extra $70/hour without warning, and they damaged our fridge. Since we didn't take before and after photos, I'm not going to complain. They even put a cover on it to protect it, so I don't understand how they managed to create so many dents...not just one, but several. Oh, and they damaged the concrete of our balcony with their platform.
My mother, who is moving, was asking questions on the phone. The customer service was rude and aggressive, and they told her to get lost. My mother remained polite throughout, but apparently her questions annoyed the man on the phone to the point of dismissing him. Great.

Rude & Aggressive Behavior: The two drivers were openly hostile. They shouted at me when I asked a simple question about timing, and one of them even threatened to “teach me a lesson” when I politely insisted they not block my loading dock.
We will refrain from commenting, as the violent and aggressive individuals mentioned here were not the ones described. Have a good day.
Terrible experience! Rude, impatient, impolite, and aggressive staff! They can't find my file because I decided to hire another moving company! There's no inconsistency, except for the way they treat their customers, even on the phone!

We have used Déménagement Longueuil 3 times and found them to be very efficient and friendly. Each time their teams have taken great care of our furniture, almost every item was wrapped in blankets and we have never had any damage to our articles or homes. They are fast and cost effective. We would use them again without question. Highly recommended.
We used Longueuil Moving Services, which had been recommended to us by friends. Impeccable service, the guys were punctual and very polite. Efficient, they packed our belongings as if they were their own. Highly recommended.
Wow!!! We moved from Chambly on Saturday, June 30, 2026, from a two-story condo to a third floor 😅 yes, that's a lot of stairs!!! To get to our new house 🏠 in Cowansville (not exactly next door), we received outstanding service. 😃 All the furniture and appliances were packed and everything was transported with meticulous care. And what can I say about the amazing team 🔥? Fast, efficient, polite, and professional. I highly recommend them!!! A huge thank you again to Longueuil Moving ☺️
Had 3 guys to move my whole 5 1/2. Took less time than I thought (I had a looott of stuff) they were moving fast and efficiently. And they even packed real quick what I hadn't time to pack yet.
