Unprofessional. Upon arrival, they dumped my stock and broke most of it. They didn't follow instructions and moved empty containers that should have gone to recycling. I paid $170 to have my partner's work tools damaged—it's a complete lack of respect. And they don't respond to my messages.
Yes, it was a last-minute move, but we didn't negotiate. $170 an hour plus $600 for the truck. I asked them not to pack the empty containers. Oh my god, boxes and boxes with empty containers or only one container inside! The first truck was unloaded, everything was fine, but the last two had everything thrown in and broken. You've ruined my livelihood; it's going to cost me more to replace than the move itself. The lack of respect is unbelievable. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Absolutely no professionalism! My furniture was broken, and we had clearly agreed that I would pay by the hour since only a few large pieces remained; I did the rest myself. They worked for an hour and a half and charged me for three hours!! Completely ridiculous!

Our experience with Loyal Moving was simply exceptional. From booking with the owner, Robert, to the delivery of our belongings, everything went flawlessly. René and Zack arrived on time and demonstrated great professionalism, politeness, and courtesy. They took remarkable care with our personal effects, carefully packing anything that might get scratched. The work was completed quickly, and the transport to our final destination went without a hitch.
My lifesavers! I've been waiting since 8:30 am for my movers to arrive, with no news, and it's 11:20 am… I can't stand waiting in my car anymore, in the winter, not knowing what's going on. So I decide to call them, and I get a really nice gentleman on the line. He immediately understands my frustration, and I explain that I'm just looking for someone who can move me before the end of the week. I describe what I need to move, and to my great surprise, he tells me he can be there by 2 pm the same day.
100% satisfied. Look no further for true professionals in Gatineau. Every step of the process, from the initial property assessment to the absolute precision, care, and professionalism, right down to the price, was impeccable. You really can't imagine better service. The guys were ahead of schedule; they could have done it early, but when I told them I wasn't ready, they asked for the best time to come. They emptied my three bedrooms into a 20-square-meter space.
