He hires unreliable subcontractors. I was given the runaround all day; they kept saying they'd be there in 30 minutes when they were actually over two hours away. I had to find a last-minute solution and was incredibly lucky because they never showed up. So, it's a big fat zero.

During my call, I received different information than what I was asked to pay. A minimum number of hours was never mentioned, and the rates for men varied depending on who I spoke to. Taxes were "paid" but I was billed for an incomplete invoice—a huge disappointment. The movers themselves, however, were efficient, proactive, and impressive.
