A very disappointing experience. During the move, the movers complained and swore for much of the time, repeatedly mentioning that they were fed up or unable to continue. They also refused to move several items, forcing my mother and me to make four car trips to transport the rest. The planning with the landlord was also problematic. During the estimate, I received no clear indication of how many movers would be needed, and it was obvious on-site that an additional person would have been helpful.
Not happy at all. There were two men, one of whom cried the whole time. Furthermore, I'm a 55-year-old woman, and I had to help them carry my belongings down from the second floor and unload the truck. It was constantly raining that day, and they only put blankets on the appliances. My bed is light gray fabric and was placed directly on the truck floor. Now I have to clean it because the sides are dirty and it's covered in fingerprints.

Experienced men, very punctual and in good spirits, everything was well packaged, they were quick, no damage. A1
The service was excellent; I have no complaints about the employees, whether it was their punctuality or professionalism. None of my belongings were damaged; the only damage was a corner of the wall in the area I left, which they promised to repair, and I trust them to do so. The only issue is that it only took two hours, but I was charged for three. I know this is standard practice, but I still find it a shame.

Amazing moving company!! They saved the day for our last-minute move from Chicoutimi to Quebec City on June 29th. We had reserved a U-Haul truck two months in advance, but they cancelled on us the day before the move!! The guys were friendly, efficient, and very organized. Thank you!!!
