Sloppy packaging and shipping. Items were left behind during loading. Damage occurred during unloading, and it was impossible to get any follow-up from the company. Beware of positive reviews written by employees to boost their Google rating.
Terrible service. They told me the rate was $150 an hour over the phone, but once the move was done, the rate was now $185 an hour, before tax. They arrived with three guys and two large trucks to move a 4 1/2 into a 5 1/2... it took 5 hours. A huge lack of professionalism. Lots of talking, little action, and a serious lack of care with the furniture. Obviously, I do not recommend them.
They did a move for me in the past week and we found that none of the things they packed were well done, entire stacks of China and ceramic plates packed with nothing between them. Paintings put at the bottom of a box of heavy objects it honestly looks like they just wanted to get everything done as fast as possible with no care for fragile objects or anything.
Absolutely avoid this company! Utter negligence. No consideration whatsoever for the customer or their belongings. Most of my furniture, some of which was registered as valuable, arrived without any protection or covering (light-colored …
I do not recommend this company for several reasons: 1 - They don't respect their schedule. I was told on the second day that they would be there between 7:30 and 8:30, but they arrived at 1 p.m. …
Absolutely no professionalism. I strongly advise against doing business with them. Sloppy work, damaged furniture, cheap after-sales service, etc.

Very satisfied with my move, very little damage compared to others. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was a disagreement between two employees which became tiresome after a while. Otherwise, excellent work and competent staff.
