Terrible service from Stéphane and his guys. They rushed to finish my move in 2 hours when I had paid for 3 hours with 3 guys. Several pieces of furniture/desks weren't covered with blankets when they had any left, and upon arrival, several pieces were broken. When I spoke with the owner, he replied, "The important thing is that you arrived, the rest is just material..." But my sofa was broken, as were my daughter's linen closet, my daughter's toy storage unit, and my freezer.
We only loaded your truck for Quebec. You're the driver, you're responsible for your load. My insurance doesn't cover your stock. Thank you.
We did business with this company! They gave us an invoice after a month, but not their company number because it stated they make less than 15,000 a year. They didn't use all the moving blankets we offered, which meant that most of our large furniture—office, living room set, fireplace, freezer, and water heater—was damaged! Their response was, "It's not a big deal, it's just stuff." Ugh! This made for an extremely expensive move!
Yes, exactly, you damaged your furniture. We loaded your truck for Quebec. You are responsible for your load. We have covered all your furniture. Now stop paying my name, you and your family, it's harassment. Thank you, Boisoir.
Disappointed with the customer service, I called back and left a message on the answering machine to confirm an appointment. Unfortunately, I didn't get a call back, so I called again and they hung up on me. Funny, that doesn't seem like very professional behavior!

I had my office moved today, and I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. The movers arrived on time, well-prepared, and very organized. They had plenty of blankets and carefully packed and protected everything—each piece of furniture was handled with exemplary attention to detail. The team was respectful, professional, and always smiling, even when moving very heavy items. No complaints, no wasted time: the job was done efficiently and in a cheerful atmosphere.
