UNRELIABLE COMPANY, TERRIBLE SERVICE. I had to file a complaint with Amazon to finally get a call from Transport Valois, who scheduled a delivery for the next day. I waited all day for nothing; the company never delivered my package. No calls, no emails, NOTHING. It's clearly stated in the FedEx tracking that we had a scheduled delivery time; I was here all day.
We are truly sorry for this inconvenience. Several factors are involved, but we strive to provide the best possible service. We invite you to contact our customer service department. Sincerely

A package was delivered on Thursday, March 4, 2021. It was disappointing when we asked for help carrying it upstairs, as the delivery driver refused. When we called, the receptionist gave the same instruction. It's important to mention that the package measures approximately 3.5 feet x 9 feet (in its packaging); carrying it alone up a flight of stairs is difficult.
Very poor service. I had to call three times to get the package delivered at the time I was supposed to receive it. I was told over the phone that they would be able to help me get it up to my third floor. Upon arrival, the delivery person refused to help me (the pandemic is taking its toll). If it weren't for the understanding driver, I would have given one star… they call you several days in advance to schedule a Friday between 8 am and 5 pm, leave you waiting all day without any updates, then arrive Monday morning without warning. Luckily I was on maternity leave, otherwise I would have missed it. Edit: Second delivery with them, everything went well! The driver was super nice and everything arrived on time.
I wanted to send a message about the Tanguay delivery I received from two of your drivers! Seriously, congratulations! Two very respectful and professional men!
