Great units but the staff friendliness? Absolutely in storage somewhere. The manager I’m thinking 🤔 (a white middle aged woman with good eyeshadow, and maybe that’s what kept her from seeing what she was saying) who came speeding in her go cart MIND YOU, was very hostile with us during our moving process. Very short fuzzed. If you have an issue with a customer, be polite first and maybe they’re more willing to work with you ESPECIALLY since we pay your salary.
We’re sorry to hear about your concerns and understand how upsetting a situation like this can feel. Our team takes situations like this seriously and works to maintain our property and respond appropriately when issues arise. We’d … More
Tina was very rude, my card was expired and needed to be updated and she charged me a $20 fee for paying one day late not knowing my card had expired. Very useless lady with attitude and careless customer service when I’ve been at this storage facility longer than she has worked here. Had to setup auto pay 3 different times cuz she couldn’t get it right but wouldn’t budge on crediting my account

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Great experience with Laura during our search for a 10x20 unit, and even better experience once we made it onsite to reserve it and get signed-up! The unit was clean and ready for us to move our stuff into. The only reason it's not 5-star is because there's NO onsite bathroom for the customers, only a port-o-potty, and though clean, the INTENSE heat inside while trying to use it was nearly enough to make us pass out (akin to being in a sauna with your clothes on)... quite UNBEARABLE!
Thanks for leaving us a review, Matt. It means a lot for you to share your feedback with us. If there’s anything we can do better please feel free to contact us directly by calling us at ([phone removed] or sending us an email at … More
