The rating breakdown
Google shows 12 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 12 four and five star reviews we have read for Five Star Moving. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
I had a small but very heavy, load with large pieces of furniture that needed to be moved from one house to the other and moved upstairs. The pieces were carefully wrapped and handled with expert care. Disassembly was needed, and they reassembled the pieces on site. I have used their service before to move my elderly mother, and again they did not disappoint. Arrive timely, worked quickly and efficiently. Friendly and courteous. I would recommend.5 Star without hesitation.
Thank you again David, for allowing Five Star Moving in assisting you with your move. Blessings to you & your family.
They are on time. .they were prepared...pricing is competitive ...I really liked the way they wrapped each piece separately ,secured in the truck ..ours was a small load but it was a 2 day transition ..pick up at another address transport next day to shaver lake ...best we have ever used...I will use them again...you will not be disappointed
Thank you Terry for calling Five Star Moving & trusting us to take care of your move! God bless you!
I can't say enough kind things about my move yesterday using Five Star Movers. From the first point of contact a few months ago to my actual moving day yesterday July 6th, I am soooo happy, I had Richard, Tim and Oscar and talk about honest, kind, clean, funny, strong work ethics and fast they had it all. I can write pages of the wonderful experiences I had with them, but you need to call them for yourself. I will refer them to everyone in need of movers and I personally will use them again.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Nancy! We're thrilled to hear about your positive experience with our team, especially Richard, Tim, and Oscar. It's fantastic to know that they made your moving day not only efficient but also … More

Recently when we needed moving services, I called Five Star Moving Company again. I was very impressed with the moving team. Rick, Adam, and Eric. Their service had only improved. They demonstrated exceptional care: they meticulously wrapped and covered every item, ensuring that walls and furniture remained unscathed. They safely navigated heavy furniture down from second-floor through a tight…
