I would definitely not recommend, very unprofessional staff, no customer service. I would stay away from this individuals, they will try to ripped you off by raising your monthly rent! When I moved out I had a lock just sitting there, I told one of the ladies that are there, I was returning the following day to remove the lock. Instead they went and cut my lock and charged me $50 for cutting the lock when I never authorized them to do so! Stay away from this people they will scammed you!
Hi Josue, Thank you for your feedback. We strive to be transparent with all fees, including charges discussed at move out. In this case, the lock removal fee was applied because the lock was left on the unit after move-out, as previously explained.
Facility is clean, rules are strict so you know no one is getting in messing with your stuff. Staff is helpful. The facility is resourceful and convenient, I wish there were more places like this great idea and great service Update: after doing business here for a year I am disappointed, the staff isn’t happy they seem to be threatened by the owner which creates a snowball effect and trickles down to the customers. They are stressed and it’s very blatant.

This company is slimy and gross. They start off friendly and ask for Google reviews right when you open your unit, which is why they have such a decent rating, but people should absolutely measure their units here before they move in. I had 3 small to medium sized units here for many years (much to my chagrin now), and when I went to add storage racks to my 5’ x 10’ I found out that they definitely aren’t what they claim to be.
Rent is rising They will take money from your account WITH OUT PERMISSION!!! I had a check ready for the 5th. They took on July 4th. No Permission. Put my wife, who is not on the contract on auto pay, after she paid a bill for me. She is not on the contract. Should not be on auto pay. DECEITFUL. !!!!! Cost her 3 overdrafts from the bank. Moved out on 7-31-22, blew unit out. Gone

This facility is great except for one issue at the annex units.. THE RESTROOM IS ALWAYS LOCKED UP.. I have left notes on the door & Complained to the office multiple times. They could put a Do not lock door sign, a non auto locking doorknob …
Hi Denise, we have multiple restrooms available at our Clovis location, for use during office hours. Is it possible that this is for a another self storage company? Give us a call or stop by the office. We have cold water, coffee, and clean restrooms!

The website says “only 29.95 to move in today” but when you get there they say they prorate the bill so really your paying much more than that. False advertising.
Hi Adam, we are 1st of the month billing so in order to give you the best discount possible we offered $29.95 for the full month of February to you and prorated the remainder of the month for January. We are very sorry if there was a misunderstanding.

This storage facility is great on hospitality of staff, cleanliness, security and value of units. The only negative I found was that they didn't have any trash dumpsters available, nor a viable payment option for leaving a few items behind upon check~ out. Otherwise, I'd give it ☆☆☆☆☆ five stars for sure! 😎

I give this place a five star because I went to the office today the staff was really nice to me I just opened my storage there also it seemed like it'd be a good fit for me and if you looking for a Stargate to go to you just check this place out they are really nice there
