In their own words
Company is getting a 1 star because of the delivery driver being late for 2 hours. The delivery was scheduled for 6:30 am the previous day so I could accept the delivery and sign the paperwork and then be able to head out to work by 7:30. The driver did not arrive until 8:30 am and when I contacted him while waiting, he would not answer the phone. When asked why he did not show up on scheduled appointment, his reply was that he did not want to disturb that early when the appointment had already been set.
The worst shipping company on the planet. They give 1000 excuses as to why they can't deliver on time. How is this company still in business. THE WORST. Their customer service is the worst i have seen.
Don’t use if you need anything in a timely manner!!!! Keep getting told “maybe tomorrow” they’ve had our freight for 6 days!!!!! Not professional at all!!!
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
The staff is very professional, courteous and quick. Space is a little tight when all the trucks are there but after 5:30 am it's a lot easier to move around. In and out in less then hour 👍. Must be very careful docks are a bit tight. …
Not a location for an inexperienced driver. Backing is extremely tight at this location. Unload took a while but not at the expense of them. The RJR rep could have relayed the message that I would be last to get unloaded. Other than that no problems. Best thing to do is go down and turn around, park on the street so you can get in line to check in.
Took me early tight dock if going to #3 you can’t open driver side door when in the dock right watch your mirrors and steps but they were friendly and fast and easy to find just use your head here not much room to maneuver
Whenever I call for information, Crystal (or Kristen? I might have her name wrong) and Pauline are the most patient and kind people to deal with. Thank you, ladies!
