Update: There is no complexities in the layout of the apartment, the first apartment we moved from is right off the elevator we are the first ones. My second apartment, we are the 4th apartment down the hallway right off the elevator 2nd floor. This is my 3rd time moving in Las Vegas. No they did not do good with time considering moving the following items: Shoe stand 2 Queen size mattress with a very simple frame 1 couch that pulls apart in 2 pieces 2 lightweight lounge chairs Peloton bike 2 soft cloth storage…
Honestly I wanted to give 5 stars, but our experience has slowly turned into a miserable one to say the least. The owner of the company only sent us 3 men, when I explicitly and over 4 times asked for 4 bodies, as I had a specific item that would require 4 strong men to move do to its obtuse nature. We’ll fast forward to moving day and 2 guys show up at 7:50am (for 8am arrival) and naturally one guy is late, he doesn’t show up until about 8:30/8:45am, I don’t think much of it I’m pretty understanding but not a…
The movers were nice guys, on time, and hard-working, but they did a lot of damage (dropped a marble dresser top, dented a new refrigerator door, gouged a wall, scratched and chipped wooden furniture). Mike the owner denied responsibility for everything except the broken marble top, but then he got the quote and refused to pay that, too. Instead, he got someone, obviously not a professional, to glue it back together.
I appreciate the compliment toward our moving crew. However, I must clarify the facts regarding the repair. I personally paid $450 to Mr. Granite, a local stone restoration professional, to handle the dresser top.
We hired Desert Movers to load our trailer for our cross country move. They were prompt (on day 1) and personable young men who worked hard in the heat. However, we had a truck which we were paying for by the foot, so the understanding was to load it 'high and tight' in their words. We had packed our belongings in rigid and stackable containers. Easy to load and stack. It was everything else that there was an issue with. Every piece of furniture that they loaded was damaged, scratched, ripped or broken.

This company is amazing. I was nervous, I had a big move ahead of me, and was doing it on my own. So I needed really good help, and for a fair price. George and Winston where the two guys that helped me move. They were amazing. extremely professional, on time, respectful, extremely efficient and fast. Also, they were very personable. Both were Extremely, extremely strong, very careful and thorough with packing up my stuff to endure the moving process safely! 10/10 on all of the above.

Written by my husband and I 💯 agree: I don't think you could find a better moving team then George, Raysean and Winston at all. Not only were they very polite, professional, punctual, blah blah blah...but they actually enjoyed their work. They had fun. Heck, they even competed against each other a little bit hahaha. Not one thing was damaged. Maybe you didn't read that so I'll state it again, NOT ONE THING WAS DAMAGED!!!!!

We hired Desert Movers for our move into our new house, and they were fantastic from start to finish. Our crew was Aldo, Robert, John, and Bruce, and I can’t say enough good things about them. They started by doing walk-throughs of both houses to understand what needed to be packed and moved, and at the new house they asked where we wanted everything placed.
Desert Movers is the best! I contacted Mike about my move and from the get go the communication was superior. He reached out to confirm and sent over everything we needed and it laid all the information out to us. Then moving day comes and boy do I have to tell you this company went above and beyond on everything! They wrapped and protected all of our furniture and loaded it up like tetrus. The team was so friendly and professional (they even talked and helped our 4 year with things) We had a lot of stuff to move!
