Devon storage has the worst payment systems and management! When payments are missing on their end, they have no answers or accommodations for customers! I called the RD of this location and a phone call was never returned. Worst management in the world… or company??? I’m not sure yet because they don’t have ANY HIGHER UPS. You can only speak with who’s on the property, Which is the same person who is not helpful, rude and not accommodating. Imagine that. I definitely will be moving to another storage unit.

Update: I have visited the unit several times since renting and I am paying for climate controlled, but it is not being controlled. It is way too hot inside the units. I actually have two units at this location. The only thing being cooled is the office area. The bathroom isn’t even accessible and that is very inconvenient while working on moving things around inside the storage. I was a previous customer with a different owner and was in need of additional space to downsize on my own time.

Horrible customer service. I called their corporate office to file a complaint and I was evicted the next day, which is text book retaliation. I've heard from several other tenants that the employees have went inside tenants units, typically the ones that they know are being auctioned off. Also I needed a battery jump and I asked their manager and I also asked the district manager for a jump start and neither one would help. They watched me sit for two hours until someone finally helped me out.
Your staff is good. But your company is terrible! I have reported how hot my unit is for years!!! The hall is fairly comfortable, but inside my unit is HOT!! I put thermometers in my units to be sure...and in summer they always register …
I have been with this storage unit for over 5 years under different names. The new owners DEVON Self Storage raised my rental a lot. I found a comparable climate controlled unit in the area for much less and threatened to move but they …
