I previously had a storage unit at the northtown location and now that I needed another storage unit I never questioned where I would purchase one. Storage max makes you feel like family when you rent a unit with them. Lori is not just the face of northtown storage max location she is their greatest asset. Because of her warm nature and ability to show true customer service and problem solve I will always use them for my storage needs.
