Horrible customer service the manager at one site is never there I have called five times in one day trying to get in touch with her and then she finally calls me back 20 minutes before the store closes she then proceeds to give me a hard time and pushes me off on somebody else the lady in the next building had the same nasty attitude when I made the statement that I have been trying to get in touch with her I was basically called a lie to my face also when I made the statement about leaving my lock on until I got…

The storage units are clean and the price is affordable. The issues are access to your unit and unit security. The website states you have access to your unit from 6am-10pm. Turns out that's a lie. I found that out after arriving at 8pm, typing the code and the screen saying that they are closed. Frustrated, I looked at the gate and on the sign, someone had crossed out 10pm and wrote a 7pm over it. Frustrating, but I thought fine. A few weeks later, I show up at 6:50am and guess what, same issue.

I have not had my units a full month yet but have been broke into twice within 2 days apart in one of my units. I really felt my things was going to be safe & secured but this is a horrible experience.. Also there was like 40-50 units …
I was on time with all my payments. I was a day late they placed a lock on my unit plus a $20 late fee I will not be using this company anymore.
