Overall, I would not use these guys again and I had a negative experience. I initially went with DFW Moving Co. due to the low cost (I think they were about half of other quotes I received). The main issues were rudeness, incompetence, and their slowness. One of the movers (Juan) improperly disconnected my refrigerator water line and sprayed a lot of water onto my wood floors. Accidents happen, but instead of grabbing a towel, he walked back to the truck chuckling while the foreman just shrugged his shoulders.

If you're like me and appreciate punctuality and careful handling of your belongings with moving because you yourself cannot move a couch or dresser on your own then you've probably considered every moving company in the area. You need to think carefully before contacting this company if you have a small amount of transportation. You will simply be presented with the fact that the minimum time that must be paid is 3 hours. Even if you only have one hour of work and you just need to move things from one apartment to another, you will still be charged for 3 hours of work. I only found out about this after the fact, when the movers arrived. I have no complaints about the work of the movers, they did everything well.

The move was good however I was billed for 3 hours when finished in 2 hours. The scheduling system online will not confirm your appointment so you have to email or call the office to confirm. Also, the movers they stole my moving gloves. The move was good but I would not recommend.

If I could give no stars I would. On 4/1/21, I scheduled my move online for 4/16/21. I paid the $75 deposit and received an email stating same, but, as of today, I have not received an email from the company confirming my move. I have sent three messages on their website with still no response and the number listed on the webpage goes to a voicemail that is full so there is a huge lack of communication.

Started out showing up late with no call, said Frank gave them the wrong number, slow, slow,slow, was told for 2 bedroom apt and 10 pieces of furniture and 30 boxes 3 to 4 hours, ot took almost 7, 620.00. Then they didnt unwrap from the moving blanket my 65 in TV, said just keep it, next day we got tv service and unwrapped TV and plugged in, it was broke. Called Frank and he said he would have to talk to his boys that moved us, of course they said nothing happened, just happen to leave it wrapped in their balnket.

Requested a quote from DFW Moving to move several pallets of event equipment to an offsite location for an event, as well as basic large table assembly and six TV mounts at the offsite location + disassembly and transport back to our facility the next day. We were thorough - pictures and weights of all items provided, and Erin was given a comprehensive run down on what we needed. DFW Moving provides a quote, and based on reviews and pricing, we decided to go with them. Well folks, you get what you pay for.

After browsing local movers on Yelp, I found that DFW Moving Company offered the best rate, was very flexible, and offered services above and beyond just moving your furniture around. I received a text message the day before my move CONFIRMING the scheduled date/time and even offering me a lovely 5% discount if I wanted to move it to a new time slot that opened up. I declined the discounted time and confirmed the scheduled time was still the best for me.
