I called about availability BEFORE purchasing the Groupon. The male that answered vas VERY rude. He asked if I’d gotten a “true and accurate quote” from the website. When I stated I was interested in purchasing a Groupon he stated that’s Groupons price and there is a second transaction. He went on to state that Groupon is located in Chicago and they are a 3rd party vendor…etc.

In all honesty the movers did a great job with the move and they were really nice. But just beware, they broke my curve tv and when I wanted to file a claim they denied it and they didn’t pay a dime for the damage. So now I’m stuck with a broken $1,300 tv. They don’t hold any responsibility for any damages made WHILE they are the ones Moving your belongings!!!! I would never use these people again and wouldn’t recommend them.

I used this company last Saturday and was hesitant to write a review but felt people should know because I would want to know myself. One of the mover’s stole my dad’s wallet to where we had to get the cops involved. We were able to get the wallet back but it should have never happened in the first place. Took up hours of my moving time and we completely canceled our move at that point.

In order to make money, the workers deliberately delayed the time. They go from the front door to the driveway and then back to the front door...

Cracked a $600 marble coffee table clean through and are claiming that all they have to reimburse is $30 as that is the Texas minimum requirement. Took five hours to move a small one-bedroom apartment and I had to have them leave a good portion of my stuff behind or else it would have likely taken them another hour. Have had several moving companies move the same stuff in half the time it took them. One of the movers kept disappearing for long periods of time so was essentially paying for one mover.

I chose this company because they are Black-owned, and I’m very intentional about where I spend my money. I booked them for a load-only service since I am transporting my belongings to Colorado myself. I want to be transparent about my experience. When they arrived, I explained to the owner (who was also one of the movers) that things were a bit chaotic. I’m currently pregnant and handling most of this move on my own.

The move started off fine until I reached my destination. The 2 movers were pressed for time, so they rushed disassembling and reassembling my king size bed with ONLY one screwdriver vs having a power drill, which tacked on over an hour of time that I had to pay extra!!!! I showed the owner the pictures/videos of how they left my bed. (Not to mention my picture frame Busted). I was wondering why my bed felt sunk in.

I had a terrible experience with this company. The two movers who showed up to my job had already been working six hours straight with no break on another move before coming to mine. They were clearly exhausted — one of them nearly fainted during the job, and I actually had to help them move my own furniture just to get it done safely. The move itself was simple — two bedrooms, first floor to first floor, only a 12-minute drive — yet they charged me $890.
