DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! The broke BOTH my washer and dryer and refuse to come to an agreement to fix the issue. Took three days to get back to me about my problem then tried to call me 5 times at 9 pm. LIED about the start time, left trash their electrolyte drinks and Arizona drink thrown in my bushes by my front door, smelt like marijuana around my house and kids, seen and heard them take multiple personal calls while I’m getting charged per hour.
They stole a 70 inch TV given to us by our next door neighbor. We called and requested the TV back without success. We will find out what else they stole . We are still unpacking. Stay away !
Movers only wrapped a few of my nice pieces of furniture. My bookcase was greatly damaged, which the mover didn’t acknowledge until I pointed it out. He casually said, “Oh, that was from the bungee cord.” They have a furniture repair guy that they work closely with because of damage caused to customer furniture in their moves. Also, when going to place books on the bookcase, I realized that they also didn’t tell me that they had lost one of the shelf pegs.
Worst move experience of my entire life: beginning, middle, end, and aftermath. Too many things to list here. I recommend going with another company.

Chase, Carlos and Kaleb gave me the best experience I've ever had with movers!! They were professional, hard working, time-efficient and a pleasure to be around. They had good team-work and it was a joy to see their comradery. They price very fairly and they are punctual and have excellent communication. They were careful to wrap delicate items so that nothing got damaged, and they assembled my bed very quickly. Nothing got lost or damaged. Everything was positive.
We scheduled PML for a point to point move from Rowlett to Omaha, TX. Preston, the co-owner, responded to my text immediately and provided a sound and comprehensive estimate and we set a date. I was amazed that they could react to a new customer so quickly, but they arrived on time and efficiently loaded our household good and furniture. The delivery was made quickly (2 hour drive), safely and professionally. Preston, Bryan and Andrew did a phenomenal job for a fair and reasonable price.
