In their own words
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review for Melissa at Garland Self Storage I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Garland Self Storage, especially thanks to Melissa! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the right unit for my needs. The specials offered here are like no other storage facility I’ve ever used — seriously unbeatable.
Wow! Thank you for your amazing review! Meeting awesome customers like yourself is my favorite part of being a property manager! I am happy to hear that your experience was top-notch and stress free.
All of the staff members have been so helpful and the communication is amazing! My fiancé and I were looking for a unit to keep our furniture until we moved into our apartment and they had such a big variety of unit sizes for us to choose. We appreciate the amount of help they provided us.
I don’t usually write reviews this long, but Garland Storage on George Bush Highway deserves every word of it. My family was in the middle of moving my 78-year-old parents, and I had been awake for well over 48 hours. I was physically exhausted, mentally drained, overwhelmed, and honestly running on fumes. Like many people these days, I’ve become so accustomed to poor customer service that I fully expected another frustrating experience—long waits, unanswered phones, confusion, and having to fight just to get…
I am in my mid 50's and I have rented many storage units in my lifetime. Never, and I mean never, have I ever encountered customer service like I did with Melissa when renting my unit. She is like the long lost cousin, your favorite Aunt, she is all the things! She keeps the facility in incredible shape! She had an answer for every question and I feel like I have gained a friend for life! As a side note, yesterday, when I stopped by for keys and a tour, her mom was there.
Wow! I may or may not be ugly crying over here! Mike, what a beautiful review. Thank you so much for the kind words. It was truly a pleasure meeting you and helping you find the right unit for you. What a wonderful light in this world you are! We appreciate your serving heart as well!
