These guys were the spa moving company contracted by Costco for a spa I bought online. I love Costco, but these guys are the worst. Terrible Company to work with. Called me multiple times to schedule a delivery, which they stated would be curbside and they offered a white glove service that would cost extra. When I asked how much, they said "the driver will tell you when he calls to let you know the status of the delivery".
I needed an above ground spa removed. I called them several times. They wanted me to take a video of the spa and send them the specs. I sent the video and the specs.I followed up with them a few times. Left voice messages, text messages. No call back. No emails. Communication was not very good
Hello Ryan, We apologize for your experience with our office. Our team is currently very short staffed which is causing us to fall behind on emails and calls. We are working on hiring new members in our office to be back up to full speed with a complete office team.
This company is a racket. They do not inform you there is a charge to put the spa into the backyard. After Isaac finished his little presentation on how professional they are, and how it’s only 250 bucks to move the spa 11 more feet to the backyard, I declined. After that his attitude quickly changed. He was rude and his “helpful professionalism” dissolved to a petty, “screw you” type of response.
Good Afternoon Daniel, Costco offers curbside delivery with an Aquaterra purchase. The contract states that the delivery will be curbside when you purchase the spa and when you receive the shipping notice. The delivery does not cost extra to leave the spa curbside.
Didn't show up on time for coordination with crane service. Crane had to come back. Sent too small of a crew so could not complete job. Team was supposed to move one spa to new location, remove old spa and place on the ground, then hook up spa that was moved. Crew too small to move old spa off of deck. Left my spa on ground and didn't complete move. Took my money though. Had already been 2 days of missed work, could not afford another day so had to move on our own.
Be careful with their service. When I called the lady from the front desk she confirms that their movers will drop the jacuzzi in the yard for customers. However, those 3 drivers asked me $350 to move the jacuzzi from driveway to my yard which takes them less than 10 mins. At the same time they charge only $570 to move jacuzzi from San Diego to Los Angeles for at least 2 hour driving. I called the manager Luis but he kept speaking around with nonsense exp[lanation.
Good Afternoon, When you purchase a spa online through Costco, Home Depot, Sam's Club, Overstock and most online dealers they will clearly state that the spa is curbside delivery only. Anything beyond that is an additional service that is paid by the customer.

It was in my yard and had to be moved around several obstacles and placed on curb for pickup. They carefully wrapped it and placed it quickly and for a very fair price. Recommend highly

My 30+ year old spa was leaking like a sieve so it was time to get a new one. Found a great deal at Costco, but they just drop it off in your driveway. I hired the Diaz team of champions to take care of the two part process of removing the old one and installing the new one. They were fast and efficient and worked around a number of obstacles without even blinking an eye. Kudos to Jesus, Javier, Luis, Ramiro and Fernando: big boys who were all hard working and a pleasure to work with.

Thank you for delivering the Jacuzzi product. The delivery was excellent. The workers were on time. They controlled the traffic. They helped out with the crane and the product was delivered with no damages. I was totally happy with the delivery service, communication and how they went about everything to ensure smooth delivery. Excellent customer service and communication with the crane that took to Jacuzzi over the house. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend.
